Anyone else think it's weird that neither world title match has a video package going into it?

Meltzer: Undertaker was DQ'd for hitting JBL with the belt. Post-match saw JBL bleed after Undertaker elbow dropped him on the car. Jordan was interfering a lot. Fans got into the match at the end with near falls. Typical ref bump shot and the fake falls. Crowd was so disinterested in the first 10:00 you wouldn't believ it, including doing the wave and chanting "Spanish table." You could see Taker was really frustrated. Post-match ended with Taker choke slamming JBL through the roof of the limo.

Good match, bad crowd. But this match was better than I expected. ***1/4, would be higher but for the bad finish.

Taker hit JBL with the title belt (JBL hit Taker with it earlier for a 2 count) and the ref DQ-ed Taker.

Good match for Taker and JBL, HORRIBLE finish. They were even dragging the horrible crowd into the match.

Time to go to the bathroom and get some food.

HHH vs. Eugene: Eugene gets booed. HHH no sells the Rock Bottom, the Stunner, and Hogan leg drop. Flair interferes, but Regal knocks him out. HHH hits the Pedigree on his third try for the pin at 14:00. Okayish match but nothing memorable. **1/2 or so maybe?

Now that I think about it...HHH completely no-sold that Rock Bottom!

Because really, they've all become boring. When is Eddie gonna progress past his ridiculous lying, cheating and stealing character? Edge was always been boring, and Eugene - yes, he's god awful. Can't argue with that. The crowd really didn't BOO Eddie, though...just cheered Angle.

Is there any chance that they'll cheer from JBL over Taker???

The crowd is just loving HHH heeling it up.

I'm sure the last two RAW matches will get LOTS of time, and Taker/JBL will go fairly long too. I really don't care about HHH/Eugene, even after this great video package. Hmmm...anyone else think the crowd will boo the HELL out of Eugene?

He needed to win it...he lost to Eddie at Wrestlemania, so this makes sense.

Eddie vs. Angle: They work a UFC style start, and Angle doesn't take a lot of bumps, as they want to keep him safe. Angle hits the Angle slam three minutes in and grabs the anklelock. The match continues, and Eddie kicks out of the Angle slam and Angle kicks out of the frog splash. Angle wins it with the anklelock into his leg grapevine thing at 13:15. ***1/4

Angle slam three minutes in? Ankle locks at four minutes?

"Let's go Angle" chants. These people love the heels.
