So...I just won another 360, from Subway. Sweet.
-
I still like her "no name changes" rule though.

I wanna say it was either in 97 or 98. Yeah, I was older than most by the time I got to my first live show. It was just a regular house show. I remember the main event being New Age Outlaws vs. D-Lo/Mark Henry, and a really really bad match with The Godfather (don't remember who he was facing)

There's a whole shitload of games in this thread that don't really belong. Surprisingly addictive. Not just addictive.

Am I the only one who'd like to see Matt Hardy drafted back to ECW? He can still have his feud with Jeff, because ECW guys can go anywhere, and he'd also be able to feud with Christian over the ECW title while adding a whining part to his heel character about being "stuck back in the minor leagues"

Damnit Marvin, stealing my "all Pettingil all the time" strategy

People giving up on this already? I weighed in at 212 today

WWE.com has announced the draft this year will be on April 13th. http://www.wwe.com/shows/raw/articles/8854524/92755341 Is that enough time to build Christian up and put him on one of the main shows?
-
fixed.

Culdcept. I only picked it up because it was free, and had absolutely no expectations for it whatsoever. I ended up putting more time into that than any other PS2 game. I probably broke 200 hours.

Phantasmagoria 2 was actually one of the better FMV point and click games. ....nowhere NEAR the level of Gabriel Knight 2, that stands all alone as the clear king, but......decent.
-
Getting rid of it as of now, or as of next season? It seems kinda late in this season to make a big rule change like that.
-
Or even worse, the imposters that Mr. Kennedy brought out a while back during his feud with Shawn Michaels. Dude, that'd be awesome. I'd love a videogame with Mikael Judas, Phil Shatter, and TJ Mack

Christian's Re-debut in WWE has occurred!
fazzle replied to Thanks for the Fish's topic in The WWE Folder
Really? Christian's first match back has to be overshadowed by these two? ugh. -
Security isn't far away? I think Jericho has shown us all how useful security is.

I can't wait until the Chamber is over, that way Knox can go back to jobbing in openers, where he belongs. Edit: I like how both Kofi and Knox entered second. They were trying to sandwich them between the people that actually belong in this match, and hope nobody noticed. It's kinda like how you put a porn between two regular movies when you're renting it.

Thanks for the link. I went and answered it as a 16 year old who LOOOOOVES drugs and sees them all over every form of media.

I'll give people the point about Terry Funk. I completely forgot about him. (although the way the movie portrayed him, I saw Ram as a Flair/Hogan type legend. Maybe it was my own interpretation that was wrong?)

I still say that both in big-time and in indy feds, I've never seen any "legend" completely switch up his game. Someone who's been an indy lifer? maybe. But someone who was a big name?

Rourke is that age in regular human years, not in "wrestler" years. He doesn't have 20+ years of wear and tear slowing him down. I understand the message of the crowds giving you adrenaline and making you feel good again, but they took it to an unrealistic level. Plus I had a hard time suspending my disbelief during the hardcore match with Necro. There's no way someone who was the "biggest star in the world" in the 80s would wrestle that type of match. I mean, yeah, I know hardcore wrestling was AROUND back then, but there's no way he would have been able to be a top star in the 80s if he did hardcore, and there's no way in hell he'd change his entire wrestling style this late in his career. Nitpicky, sure, but the wrestling nerd in me came out for it.

So, I finally got a chance to see this today, and while overall I thought it was a really good movie, I had 2 problems that bugged me throughout the entire movie. I haven't read the entire thread, so they've probably already been mentioned. The camerawork during all the scenes where Randy was walking around. Dude, back the fuck up! It's ok to film from more than 6 inches away! The actual wrestling scenes themselves. They were very well shot and performed, but it just felt like the Ram was doing moves that he wouldn't be able to do at that age.

Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader and Deal or no Deal under reality shows? Uh....ok.
