  1. I like her on Curb Your Enthusiasm...but hate her on everything else. She's good in small doese, but annoying otherwise.
  2. They didn't suck...it was just that all their songs sounded alike
  3. I remember watching part of the show and thinking "what the fuck has he done lately?"
  4. *scratches head and leaves*
  5. technically Kevin Smith's last movie was "Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back" ... and while it wasn't the greatest film ever... it was still pretty damn funny (especially for View Askew nerds like myself) That's the movie I meant...I was hard pressed for laughs in that one...and it was worse the 2nd time through.
  6. I am so with you. Out Cold and Bubble Boiy are funny as shit. And his stand up is great.
  7. ehh...after 2 movies I wouldn't want anyone replaced. Even their 90 year old Magneto. And Cyclops is a pretty dull character anyway.
  8. 1 The Last Samurai $24,425,000/$24,425,000 2 Honey $14,000,000/$14,000,000 3 The Haunted Mansion $9,500,000/$46,100,000 4 Elf $8,125,000/$139,626,000 5 Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat $7,300,000/$85,500,000 6 Bad Santa $7,077,231/$27,201,532 7 Gothika $5,325,000/$49,620,000 8 The Missing $4,400,000/$22,171,000 9 Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World $3,800,000/$72,633,660 10 Love Actually $3,700,000/$48,900,000 11 Timeline $2,800,000/$16,868,000 12 The Matrix Revolutions $1,330,000/$135,651,000 --------------------- Someone called Honey at #2 last week. And as a movie going public we've done dumb things before. But I didn't think we were THAT bad. AND IT WAS ONLY ON 1900 SCREENS!
  9. God...the Iceman thing reminded me of something my friend said to me durring the movie (dunno why) He pitched the idea that Nightcrawler would teleport Prof X to out of harms way...onto a bed where the old man is BUTT ass naked and covered with rose petels. X would ask "where are we." And Nightcrawler would say "wouldn't you like to know" and put his hands to his mouth and giggle. The image alone was enough to make me laugh out loud at the theatre. ...got a weird sense of humor...don't ask.
  10. Logan was fine with the troops...but that drink wasn't going to cool itself. Way to go Iceman!
  11. Even though his last movie was a shitter (and his next looks to be) Kevin Smith has put out some of the funniest work in the last 10 years.
  12. Didn't Toad die badly in the first one though? They gotta bring back Pyro. He was the entertaining kid. The most worthwhile thing Iceman did in 2 was get Logan's drink cold.
  13. I find him more annoying then anything else. Dave Chappelle is great. He should be mentioned at the same leve as Chris Rock is for black comedy. Robin Williams...everything he says isn't funny. But he's so damn quick and out there that it's entertaining.
  14. Except that it didn't "save" the bit...it was just as bad with or without...it only made it go on longer. They could have worked the Joe Jackson child abuse angle.
  15. I'd put Patrick Stewart right behind Jackman.
  16. I like Digital...and you'll get the shit service unless you switch
  17. No... That's just...no...
  18. Damn...so many name changes...I didn't even notice. Happy b-day Kotz...although it's a good 5 and 1/2 hours into Sunday
  19. I didn't catch all of the show...so I'll only throw out a couple of opinions. Weekend Update...with the exception of the Paris bit it was pretty good. Maybe shorter is better for WU. I liked the bit about the places that wouldn't carry the show Racism and Sexism...it was "ehh." Maya proves again that she should never try to do voices, and Al was funny enough. Sharpton’s Fish...didn't do it for me. The singing was annoying and all Amy did was prove that she could look creepy. After he made his "I don't like this stuff." comment once it was alright, but it's not as funny every time after that. Fun with the Dems...ths could have been so much better. It was alright but didn't give me any good laughs. LaToya Jackson...um....very bad Vasquez...couple good lines, but nothing real funny. The part at the end was so bad they should have cut it. Aren't comedy writers suppose to know when something's that unfunny? Cryogenics...Damn...this and Mom Jeans are both old bits...can't these lazy kids think up something new. Johnny Cash...impression was good...jokes were bad.
  20. I would usually tape Nitro and fast forward through most of it by then.
  21. I agree...the character was so loveable
  22. *vomits*
  23. Shit...I always forget to watch this
  24. Neh...as much as I loved the character there's no place for him right now.
  25. I loved House Of The Dead 2
