Os bright spot - Bullpen has thrown 7 2/3 innings and given up 2 hits, no walks and no runs. Too bad the starters have given up 15 hits and 12 runs in 9 1/3 ip. aubrey Huff! 2 Run Double! YEAH! Os lead 7-6. I think Huff has earned back some of the fans respect with his 2B,HR and 4 RBI night.

Tonights Os Attendance: 10,505, and about 1/4 of them showed up if that.

I cant believe theres going to be a 50 Cent: Bulletproof sequel...set in the middle east. I was thinking April Fools until I realized EGM's April Fool's issue was last month. -
I thought people were high on the Royals, a little less than they are on the Rays..

For anyone complaining about controls, you should try and play the Nintendo version.

I like the name "Deadlock".

I cant wait to see which Daniel Cabrera pitches tonight. Hopefully not 7 ks 6 BBs 2 Hits D-Cab.

THE INDIANS SWEPT THE ICE HOES! FIRST PLACE! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!? The 3rd game must have been something 13-10 in 11 innings. Another walkoff 3 run homer to win a game in EI.

I still think of Gum everytime I hear Wrigley Field. Maybe they should sell the rights to the gum company and throw the gum names in there somewhere like Wrigley's Juicy Fruit Field and during the offseason it can be Wrigley's Winterfresh Field. Wrigley also owns Big League chew now..that nasty stuff ick..

Legend of Zelda movie April Fool's Trailer just made me want to see a Zelda movie that much more. -
I saw they were considering selling the naming rights to Wrigley Field (which is hillariously ironic). I cant wait for Underarmor Presents Wrigley Field or something even more dumber than that. That is the only thing I will give Angelos credit for, as I figured he would have sold the naming rights to Camden Yards by now.

I saw the special on HD theatre showing the Nats ballpark being built. Im not too fond of it myself, its sort of bland. The cherry blossom trees wont look pretty past April so the biggest feature of the ballpark will probably be the view of the Capitol building which is lame. OPACY got the scoreboard upgrades which were awesome to see in HD on Monday. The OOTS in right is now full color and can show more info, and they didnt really change anything dramatically to make it look any different. The biggest asthetic change is the skyline view which has now been drowned out by the Baltimore Hilton which blocks the famous Bromo Seltzer Tower (which I guess is better than Holiday Inn which used to be visible, heh). Its also possible that it could affect the wind paterns in the stadium as well. (notice the new scoreboard in CF)

Read an interesting stat that right now Oriole Park at Camden Yards is the 14th oldest ballpark in baseball and you have Yankee Stadium, Shea Stadium, Oakland Colliseum, Dolphin Stadium and the Metrodome going out within the next couple years or so. Pretty much the only stadiums that are older after those go are Wrigley and Fenway (obviously), both LA Stadiums, Kaufman Stadium, Rogers Centre, US Celluar Field and Tropicana Field. That would put Oriole Park at #9 where I figure they'll stay for a while but its still weird feeling. I also got my tickets via fed ex yesterday to the 5/21 Os/Yankees game up in NY. Looking forward to it very much since its the last year and all. Im going to be in the 2nd row out in RF (section 41) and with my bright orange rimmed Os hat I should stick out enough on the HD broadcast to be visible.

I really dont follow the NHL that closely anymore (used to watch it til my grandmother died, she was a big hockey fan) but the Capitals comeback from being like, dead last in the East at the All Star break to possibly getting a 3rd seed by virtue of winning the Southeast Division is gotta be up there on the best inseason turnaround list, and even if they only manage the 8th seed its still quite an accomplishment. I might have to start watching hockey again, especially since I still say hockey is the best looking sport in HD from the couple of games Ive stumbled across and I get NHL Network HD, VS HD, NBC HD and Comcast Sportsnet Mid Atlantic HD..

Beating Champs is going to be harder than I had planned for. Hopefully the power of the Eastern Divisions mediocrity that is NJ (Carter) ATL (Smith and Bibby) and Philly (Miller and Dalembert) will prevail. Im worried my team had its best week last week and doesnt have anything in the tank for this week..

I'll make you an offer but Im sure it wont work. It looks like im overpaying for Billingsley but seriously the trade is basically Shields and Beltre, Zito just gets thrown in so I can rid myself of him now, plus after I dump him Zito will probably turn things around magically and put up good #s.
-
Ive still got Beltre available if someone wants a 3B.

So Big Show is officially on smackdown?

For some crazy reason I like Mike Knox so Id be angered a bit if he got cut. I think he could do more on SD or even RAW though. I had the idea of a Knox/Palumbo tag team that would probably be pretty bad ass.
-
This Richards/Knox feud is still going..shocking
-
I wonder if we'll get an ECW champion Kane / SD champion Taker meeting anytime soon. It almost screams Taker/Kane tagging vs Edge/Chavo
-
dont give Shelton a mic ever again
-
please dont tell me punk cashes in vs Kane..
