I happen to think that this 3 hour RAW will have Vince announce the end of the brand split. If not this year, then definitely next year after SD's ratings tumble due to being on a lower rated network.

I dont believe one word of this. I got called out as being the worst poster on the board and sent away for a weekend, 75% of the reason being my what I posted in CE (I shall accept that I probably was offending people in Sports as well), and I followed exactly what you're saying is allowed and encouraged. The CE folder as it is now, specifically the Election thread, is an absolute joke. Theres no way you're going to have intelligent discussion with people who act like 12 year olds. Not to mention the whole "ghey sex" as a filter for someone who's opinion they can't stand (which totally bashes me for having a contrasting viewpoint which you're saying here should be encouraged, but hey, its ok cause GB sucks). Im not going to sit here and waste my time trying to post stuff in CE anymore, its not even worth it. I dont understand why you couldn't tolerate me trying to post about politics and yet you can tolerate Marney (ugh) and Snuffbox (what exactly does Jesus being a bastard have to do at all with the election, seriously?) and Im the one that gets called a troll? My pitchers were horrible cept for Bedard. I need to dump Zito, no fucking clue what I was thinking drafting him. I need a good outing from Vazquez to maybe save some face pitching wise this week. My offense was good though.

A few delayed thoughts: - The triple threat was one of the better triple threat matches in a good while. One of the reasons is because they didnt stick with "dump one guy out of the ring and have him play dead for 5 minutes to make it 1 on 1 and then have him come back and dump someone out for 5 minutes and repeat". Orton trying get pins on Cena and HHH in succession numerous times was great. I also really liked that Orton won. - In the prediction thread I said something along the lines of "Batista will get beat on for 10 minutes and then Batista bomb Umaga like the past 10 minutes never happened". The botched Batista bomb was easily explained (His back hurt) but he still botched it and he gave one of the worst performances of the night, probably worse than any of the divas in the match (including Ashley) and thats saying something. - They should have smartened up and made the divas match a 6 person intergender match with Santino and Lawler. One thing that I will say is that they kept going on durring the blackout which suprised me, but it was still an awful match. - Money in the Bank was pretty good, there were a few cool spots (morrison's moonsault with the ladder and when they stuck the one ladder into the other and tried to climb it) and the fact it wasn't quite dark yet added a bit to the match but it wasn't as good as it had been in the past. The ending was really good though and CM Punk was really the only logical choice to win it though I was hoping for MVP. - I was expecting more from JBL and Finlay but it was still pretty good for an opening match. One thing I thought was weird was seeing Finlay put a table up in the corner like he did since thats how he tore his leg all to hell back in WCW. Air Finlay was awesome, and Im glad they didnt try any stupid crap like turning Hornswaggle on Finlay. - Big Show/Mayweather was actually 10x better than I thought it would be despite the fact that it was horrendously boring early on. Show beating on his posse and then running them down when they tried to leave was when it picked up. Im not going to say that Mayweather earned the $20 million though. Had he tried a wrestling move or two maybe.. (I thought for sure theyd have him climb the turnbuckle and try to hit Big Show only to have him catch Mayweather and repeat what he did on RAW few weeks back). - Theres only so much that can be said about Flair/HBK and Im not going to spew it again but it clearly will be the match people will remember WM24 for and it was a damn shame they didnt put it on after the lame women's crap at least. - Edge/Taker was good, Coach sucked on Commentary and I got tired of hearing "Ultimate Oppertunist" from Cole and that probably hurt my opinion of the match slightly. I really thought Edge was going to turn in to Austin a la x-7 with the ref out and just beat on Taker, or possibly try and get himself intentionally DQed but the finish was better than that.

It was actually a blessing in disquise for me since I actually sat down and with no distractions watched WM and enjoyed it a whole lot more than I probably would have if I had watched it while posting on here. Not sure if I got my $71 worth or not but it was still a lot better. RAW was the same way. Coulda used TSM yesterday though, but I went over to the OH and enjoyed reading posts over there from semi-deluded Os fans just like myself. We got Alex Cintron! yes!

I didnt want to post in here, but since I cant do anything besides post in here and im hankering to post after the greatness that was RAW I'll just say that this was quite possibly the best two nights of wrestling since WM x-7 and the RAW afterwards. Even RAW had like 3 good matches plus the Ric Flair stuff which was beyond awesome though a I think it would have been fun if they could have dug up a few more people (I was hoping for Lex Luger..). My biggest complaint was that WM ended up costing me 71 bucks with tax..but it was rather worth it actually as the HD feed was awesome.

The team fell apart last year and didn't lose 100 games..theres more talent on the team now and a better bullpen that was absolutely horrendous. Theres no way they'll lose 100 games and they'll finish in 4th place again. Hardly irrational thinking or being a deluded homer.

By 2010 they'll be in contention for the AL Wild Card.

Im sure youd have him repeatedly squash guys like Kingston, Delaney and the couple of other young guys that they are trying to develop. What better way to set that back than to have a guy in his mid 40s squash them all over a meaningless title.

I took it they got along well. I thought when Morrison beat Miz for Money in the Bank Spot it would help split them but they probably dont want to worry about that til after WM. Maybe Morrison almost wins and then the next ECW Show Miz goes "I could have so won that match" or something and they split afterwards.

A Kofi/Chavo match at WM would be great, but the problem is Kofi isn't really that over, although a good match at WM and winning the ECW Title would help. Id also love to see some more matches between him and Shelton Benjamin and Elijah Burke.

They should have done more with Carlito and Santino. They paired them together for like two weeks and dropped it after Carlito got into MITB.

I'll probably go for GB now since you cant really put a filter on GB without anyone posting GB as the abreviation for the Packers in sports, or GB in the computer folder or the Gameboy in Video games would get Gay Sex which would just be hillarious now wouldnt it?. I dont get how anyone had to "scour" through one large thread unless you come here once a week or something. The discussion thread moved at a pace of about 3/4 of a page (well, for me and my 40 posts per page setup, so about 30 posts) a day at best, sometimes not even but a few a day. Now to do the same thing you'll have to open up like 15 threads to do the same. But whatever you know, because my primary issue with the whole thing still stands. The one thread at the top of the folder for all discussion wasnt hurting the WWF folder, the WWF's own product is. We used to get 10+ pages for a RAW thread and at least 2 for a SD thread..Now its like 4 or 5 for RAW and 2 for ECW but no one even ever bothers to start a SD thread so discussion ends up in the spoiler thread which is completely dumb. And yes, I know "oooh, DVRs mean people dont have to watch live" but very few extra people come in later and post about the show after they watched it.
