I'd put Kennedy, Jericho, and MVP ahead of Punk in odds of winning MITB. We can eliminate Kennedy right off the bat, and Jericho..I doubt it. MVP could be but I think Punk is the better choice.

I think its obvious CM Punk is winning MITB. I also think its obvious he'll be the first to cash in and not win the title.

Im guessing since everyone will be in action vs Orton/Cena that there wont be any other matches? HHH should have done vs the entire WWF roster and throw out ECW and SD guys too to make it interesting.

The thing that pisses me off about the theatre here is Regal bought the old 10 screen theatre and bulldozed to build a better one alongside the mall (16 screens with reclining seats, cup holders, an outside ticket window and a Fandango ATM thing..yeah. ) One of the main problems with the old 10 screen theatre was they wouldnt show a wide variety of movies and so we never used to get some of the lesser movies and they promised "oh, 6 more screens!! you'll see them now". But what they've done is now giving the big budget blockbusters 2 screens instead of 1 and probably made it even worse than it was with just 10 screens. The only other theatre options in the area are 30-40 minutes away in Ocean City and neither of them do full schedules during the winter and during the week and both only have like 6 screens so its not even worth the effort.

Only deal we get here is $2 less ($6.50 vs $8.50) before 6pm. when I was in Annapolis, I used to get off at 4:30 and the mall there ran all movies last show before 6 for I think like $4 and it was by where I was staying. I think I must have gone to the theatre about 20 times in 4 months (back in 2002) since I didnt have cable at the time, I forget a lot of em but I saw Big Trouble, Mothman Prophecies and Ice Age that I remember. I havent even been but maybe 7 times in the 6 years since and 3 of them were when the new movie theatre that had just opened was offering $1 movies the first week. .

I wasnt thinking about theatres with older releases that charge less (we dont have any around here, sigh) I was trying to comprehend why someone would pay $8 for a ticket to a movie thats been out for a while when they could rent it for $4 (or cheaper if you do online rental) or even buy it for cheaper than 2 people could go see it at the theatre. If you held out for this long then ?? and if you really loved it, then the DVD would be better (or not, the DVD is sadly very bare...was expecting more but I bet it'll get a SE or something soon). I don't know whats opening next week but I wouldn't be surprised if Horton hears a Who stays #1 given the holiday weekend. Superhero Movie? uh..Dr. Seuss stays #1.

Week 8 (2-5 loss) Lost to Cartman by 1 point in points (385-384) Week 10 (3-5 loss) Lost to Issah's Advisor by 1 rebound (146-145) 4 wins right there, if I had those Id be in 4th place right now..

If I nab the 5th spot and win, Id almost be guaranteed to play Ice Creams in 2nd round unless you lose to Random Hero (who would be the 6th seed if I move up) since #1 would play the lowest ranked team left in the 2nd round, which is why I like my chances a lot if I can get the 5th spot. And I am 1/2 game back of Random for 5th spot..not looking too good considering who he's playing but Alfdogg is short two players so I shouldnt have much problem going 6-2, but I really have to hope for 7-1 or 8-0. the only categories Im worried about are the %'s since I dont do too well with them.

I am having serious doubts on Zito based on his abysmal ST but I hope he gets it turned around when the games actually count.

I dont think its that much of an upset as Ice Creams has been kinda bad over the last 6 weeks save a 7-1 win over alfdogg. Ive been on a roll since week 11 (save a 7-1 shallacking by Orange Jews) Getting Artest has helped me out a lot already in just 2 games from him. If I had been more secured into a playoff spot (3 1/2 up currently) or out of contention I probably would have kept Kaman despite him being hurt but I couldnt afford to keep him with a playoff spot up in the air like it is. I might actually be able to secure at least the 6th spot pretty much with a 5-3 win and White Tigers loss. I really want to avoid Orange Jews at all costs in the first round if I can so Id like to move up to #5. I think I really can win this whole thing, especially if I can get the 5th spot vs Cartman and avoid Orange Jews in the first round.

Ive got Memphis vs UCLA and Tennessee vs Georgetown in the final 4 with Memphis beating Tennessee in the Championship. Upsets #13 San Diego over #4 UConn #12 W. Kentucky over #5 Drake (and they'll play each other) I had a couple others but anyway
