WTF? Considering they've made exactly ZERO significant moves this offseason (no, signing two guys whose combined age is 500 doesn't count), why would they pull out. Goddamnit, it's really becoming difficult to be an Orioles fan. Angelos is going to get his guaranteed revenue and sale value of the Orioles, and then he'll have no reason what so ever to do anything to make the Orioles a better team. It will end up being an self fulfilling prophecy since people are going to get fed up with it. I wish that MLB would tell him to go to hell, but they wont do that because then it would get dragged to the courts and they could end up losing more than just the guaranteed revenue/sale value that they're going to put up. Peter Angelos is about to become higher on my hate list than Dan Snyder. Dan Snyder singlehandedly ruined the Redskins franchise and now Angelos is trying to do the same to the Orioles.

The obvious thing would have been to put it off, try to cram all of it into the last week before school, then go to school the first day and ask for an extension due to the stress and stuff of wasting your whole summer not being able to figure out how to do it with no one to ask for help.

At least they could have stopped selling the set and then announced the Super Duper Delux Ultra Mega Special Edition Set... Even though the current one $20, I'll just wait for the SE set and the fact that I wont have to worry about whether or not Im getting a fixed set or not plus it will have more stuff on it..maybe.

I just did beat that part, which is why I mentioned how much I hated it. I think I died about 6 times just trying to get out of the cutscene part..let alone the rest of the battle. It was really cool and annoying at the same time.

last night at this time it was 8 here...and then it progressively warmed up enough to where we didn't get all snow. Everyone was expecting a ton of snow, and instead we got a ton of slush and ice.

A recap of today's precipitation here: snow - sleet - freezing rain - rain - thunderstorm - sleet - snow Plus we got fog now. All the roads are covered in about 3 inches of slushy goodness which is good and frozen by now. I've got to go to work tomorrow, but not until 3, so hopefully at least it will melt before I go to work so that I'll only have to deal with driving on ice coming home..

I just came to the realization that The Rocket Launcher makes for the cheapest boss fights ever..1 shot and the Salazar/Tentacle monster thing was dead. I finally made it to the 2nd disc, and Im really starting to hate the action commands durring the cutscenes. You have to actually pay attention to them..

I never understood why more cars couldn't be like my Aunts where the seatbelt is hooked to the door, and when the door shuts the seatbelt automatically hooks around you. I guess car companies are getting payoffs from the local governments not to do that so they can keep on writting tickets...

I am laughing my ass off right now. There is no way that everyone in America will have access to High Speed internet by 2007, and the definition of affordable is probably off too. The main players in high speed access are Cable and Telephone companies with DSL. Cable is limited to the areas served by cable and DSL is limited in how far you are away from the main hubs. I can't get either where I live, and Im willing to bet there are millions of people just like me who can't either. The problem with Cable is the cable companies themselves, who see no need to put the money out to expand their lines to serve two or three people out in the sticks. DSL's problem is rooted in the technology and the max distances wont change in 2 years. Oh..but this was about Powell resigning....well, whoever replaces him will be worse.

Theres gonna be a huge rush to finish 6th in the East since the 6th place team should have a better record than the Atlantic Division Champion (and 3rd seed) and thus, the 6th place team would get home court vs the 3rd place team. You watch.. And I think I finally believe in the Wizards....
