Im watching the news on tape and theres a thing on the Las Vegas Terrorist/Vacationer videos, and lo and behold something catches my eye that looked vaguely familiar, so I rewound the tape. Lo and behold theres a WCW Monday Nitro Sign at the MGM (what they would put up to advertise that Nitro was there). It looks like an older version (with metal and flames) so Im thinking the video is a couple years old. Maybe the terrorists/vacationers liked wrestling?

This show seems to be a let down for the last Smackdown prior to SS, but it doesn't seem to be really bad.

I taped tonights episode so I could watch it after the Os game. I figured that the Bros. would get eliminated last week, so I was pretty sure they'd get booted this week despite the Bowling Moms losing their money. But I didn't think they would just up and quit like that. Although I guess if you know you're eliminated and you hurt real bad, theres not much incentive to keep going, and they got the honor of being the first team to not finish. There are no all male teams left either, which has to be a first for 6 shows in.

Orioles have win #8 in a row in the bag, 11-3 in the bottom of the 8th. Tejada with 5 RBI to up his major league leading total to 106. Odd statistic of the night: 11 Runs 19 Hits and 15 LOB for the Os. The Orioles could have scored 20 runs easily if they got some timely hitting with RISP.

Man, I thought for sure there would be a Dick Trickle joke by now after that..

My Gamecube was stolen (the first one I Got at launch) and I somehow managed to not want to kill the idiot, even though I knew who it was. I was supposed to get paid restitution for $600 (cost of the Gamecube and other stuff that he stole) but because the guy was on drugs, he couldn't get a job, and was picked up and sent to a rehab clinic. This was 2 years ago, and I still haven't seen the $600, nor have I seen the guy, so Im guessing he's dead or in jail. I doubt you can stay in rehab for 2 years. I feel a bit better about not going nuts and killing the guy now.

The focus on Orton wanting to win to become the youngest champion ever gave me the idea that they should drag his winning the belt out as long as possible, making it his obcession to win the belt, but never being able to until like the very last day before he turns 25 or something..

Usually I would agree with you, but considering we were responsible for Hogan's return (and we're still sorry about that) and that Trish is pretty much leading this, it probably won't be booed out of the damn building. We should all be rooting for Team WWE because they want to pelt Team Diva Search in the face with their balls.. err..that didn't come out right..
