Man, just when everything is starting to look up for the Redskins, they go and make a pointless trade. This basically sends the Redskins BACK several years. Ramsey isn't going to want to stay in Washington and he'll be gone whenever his deal is up. And its not like Brunell can be the QB for the next 5+ years (I don't think). They could have waited until March 3rd, the Jaguars would have cut him and the Redskins could have avoided wasting a 3rd round draft pick.

I guess where they cut out the segment where WGTT challenged APA and Too Cool 2 from Smackdown, they have no plans of having any of them wrestle. And the only way a Dudleys/RVD&Booker T match would make sense is if the Duds get a rushed heel turn. Otherwise, Im willing to bet that neither Brands Tag Belts are defended and thus RVD is left off Wrestlemania again.

I tried to come up with different names for my 2 teams and the best I could do is NuclearSledgehammers for this league and Raging Salmonella for DrTom's. The Raging Salmonella is sort of an inside joke from my sanitation class that I had to take to get certified, its a long story and it probably wouldn't be found that funny.

Having seen the show, I would watch it again (well, I can since I taped it) just for the Eddy stuff, even though I think Downhome might have been exagerating a bit on the entrance.

There is only 3 matches. Billy Gunn/Tajiri isn't shown.

I finally got around to watching the show. Its not a bad show, but none of the 3 matches was much. 1) The whole "someone gets attacked backstage every week" thing, while annoying, looks to be playing out to some sort of "Whodunnit" angle. But the thing that makes it so bad is each time (Eddy, Angle, now Chavo Sr.) the attacked person manages to come back right near the end. 2) Lesnar delivered a god awful performance in his plea for Goldberg. I especially like the part where he gets on his knees and looks up to the sky when asking Vince to give him Goldberg. 3) Rey was promised a rematch with Chavo as long as Chavo won the match (which he didn't) and Rey didn't interfere in the match (which he technically did) so I guess Rey's gonna get the "NO TITLE SHOT FOR YOU" treatment. 4) Why do they keep refering to the Kane/Taker situation on RAW? Im guessing Kane is coming to Smackdown instead of Taker going to RAW but if that was the case why wouldn't Kane be on Smackdown by now. The crowd was extremely into Eddy and Cena. The whole "celebration" came off rather nice as Cole/Tazz shut up for about 2 1/2 minutes while Eddy celebrated with the balloons and confetti. Oh, and you'll all be happy to know that Billy Gunn/Tajiri was scrapped. The APA/Too Cool/WGTT segment was scrapped as well.

Its called Alopecia and there really isn't anything that can be done about it. Some people have their hair grow back at some point, others it never grows back. Im starting to think Im in the never group.

DrTom is gonna do 5x5 roto, which is different from the Head to Head. I said I didn't want to do two leagues, but I suppose Im a sucker for fantasy baseball.

A) The Station probably has no idea who Booker T is. B) WWE seems to be caving into the demographics of UPN for what wrestlers do what on Smackdown. See John Cena, Eddy/Chavo/Rey. Booker fits their demos so it wouldnt suprise me if he ends up on Smackdown.

Bah, the Yankees could probably swing a trade for Vidro and Livan Hernandez from Montreal (not El Duque but close). Fixes their 2B problem and gives em a pitcher. God knows Bud doesn't care about how much the Yankees spend, but Im sure he would love the Expos cutting spending by however much that would be.

I'd wager good money that Scott Boras was the one who leaked the "rumor" that the Yankees were interested. Probably was able to get that third year out of the Cubs because of that rumor. The third year is a club option that can be dropped if Maddux doesn't pitch a specified number of innings in 2005.

If I could overlook the part where he talked about how he was dressed, the whole thread was believable up until the Foleyesque dialogue at the B&N. The sad part is I think that it was probably real to begin with, but instead of actually doing something, he went off into fantasy land and wrote up all the stuff that happened.

It was ok. I wasn't really expecting much from it and I thought that Jim Carrey (who Im a big fan of as well) played the part almost a bit too well. The whole wrestling thing was "Hollywoodized" too much though. There were a few things that would have been cool if they had done (a bit on the young Andy Kaufman, his role in the movie Heartbeeps (which I have now finally), something on how he liked to write stories (some of which are in one of the books that was published a couple years ago) and something on the Breakfast with Blassie thing (which 5 years ago they could have redone like they did the Taxi stuff with Fred Blassie and Andy eating breakfast at Sambos). The ending gets me though just about every time.

Ha ha. Thats funny. I've seen them in the gag store before, but I wasn't gonna pay $10 for it. That one there is $6.

It's okay to have eyebrows, dude. Yeah, I'd love to have eyebrows, eyelashes, and hair. But unfortunately my body said "NO HAIR FOR YOU" 4 years ago, and all my hair fell out. Except for some of my eyelashes, its not grown back since.
