Heyman in ring to start, will announce the #1 Contender for WM later on in the night... Tag Title match - Rikishi/Scotty vs the Bashams (Rematch from a couple weeks ago) - Basic tag match for the most part. Rikishi was going to give the "Rumpshaker" to Shaniqua but one of the Bashams got the save, and then it all sort of quickly fell apart from there and eventually Rikishi pinned one of the Bashams off a samoan drop. Bashams were angry at each other and Shaniqua was mad at both of em. Rikishi and Scotty hugged each other and celebrated. -commercial- Video package of Eddy winning the Smackdown Royal Rumble match last week. -commercial- Dawn Marie walks into Cenas dressing room, couple seconds later Heyman walks in and talks about the FCC. Cena tells Heyman to cut off his "Nugget Bag". Heyman benches Cena for the night and says that he might be interested in the big announcement later on in the night. US Title Match - Big "I hardly ever defend the US Title on this" Show vs Billy Gunn - Match was pretty much all Big Show to start (and for that matter, the whole match). Commercial break and Big Show is still beating the tar out of Mr. Ass. Big Show breaks out a "Cobra Clutch". Progressing along slowly, Billy gets about 2 kicks in and then its back to Show dominating. Probably a botched monkey flip under the rope by Show and Gunn goes flying/sliding across the ring. Big Show goes back to the "Cobra Clutch" again. When Big Show wrestles a slower pace, you know somethings up. Billy Gunn manages to get out of it, counter the Chokeslam, hit the famasser and only gets a 2 count. Trys it again, Show counters, simply slams him to the mat and gets the pinfall. Backstage, Chavo (Jr. & Sr.) tell Heyman they had nothing to do with Eddy's injury last week. Chavo says he should be on the cover of SD! Mag, not Rey. Chavo doesn't hide behind a mask, hes not ashamed of his heritage. At NWO, Rey vs Chavo Jr. for the CW title. Tonight, Rey vs Chavo Sr. (crowd goes nuts at the Chavo Guererro part and dies at the Sr. part). Michael Cole in ring interview with Eddy Guerrero. Eddy gets in about 5 words and then Brock strolls down to the ring and chases Cole from the ring. Brock Lesnar runs off a list of people he's beaten (Including Hogan and Ric Flair). Hes not affraid of Eddy, Hes not affraid of Goldberg, he wants Goldberg to come to NWO to witness "a first class ass beating" on Eddy. Eddy says hes always had people tell him he'd never do anything in wrestling (you're not 6 foot 7..). Eddy digs pretty deep and gets pretty emotional, and Brock just laughs him off. Eddy starts shaking like Victoria does during her entrance (?) and then goes after Lesnar and chases him out of the ring, but the belt is still in the ring and he puts it on. - commercial - Kane/Goldberg stuff from RAW. I dont get why they are covering the Kane/Taker stuff since thats probably staying on RAW. And by showing Goldberg leave the ring at the first sight of a little wierd fog, it does nothing for the Goldberg/Lesnar angle either. Jamie Noble vs Billy "I only have a job because of Torrie" Kidman - Kidman has the Goldberg looking half black/half white tights on. Noble goes to work on the left knee. (Bottom line ticker thing RAW - tickets are going on Sale Saturday for a Hall of Fame Ceremony during the WM XX festivities)..Kidman gets a two count on a reversal but Kidman goes back to work on the knee again. Noble has Kidman in a half boston crab when Nidia runs out with Nobles wallet and tosses the contents of his wallet in the crowd. Noble of course is distracted and Kidman gets the surprise pinfall. Coming up - Kurt vs Bob Holly and Rey Mysterio's Music Video. And on Confidential, Tazz gives a tour of Vince's Corporate Jet. -commercial- SMACK YOUR TV! Moments ago Nidia empties out Noble's wallet. Noble's in the back with Heyman. Noble paid $5,000 for Nidia's jacket (I think he got ripped off on that deal more than when Nidia emptied his wallet) He wants a match with Nidia, he gets it at NWO. The World Premier of Rey's Music Video. This reminds me of his WCW video. Having not heard the song before, Id say its not that bad but it didn't need a video. Theres some mixed in footage from WCW as well. It still reminds me too much of his WCW Music Video (which had a catchier song to it as well). Next Week Smackdown is in Tacoma, WA, and No Way Out is NEXT SUNDAY !!! -commercial- Austin gives Goldberg a front row ticket to No Way Out on RAW. Next week, an EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW with Torrie and Sable (so gee, I wonder whats gonna happen..??) -commercial- Rey Mysterio vs Chavo Guerrero Sr. (ticker pops up with Angle vs Holly NEXT!).. Chavo Jr./Sr. have matching Lie/Cheat/Steal shirts on. Chavo Sr. gets the advantage to start and works on Rey in the Corner. Rey fights out and eventually goes for the 619 but Chavo Jr pulls Sr. out of the way. Jr. and Sr. eventually collide and Rey hits the 619 in a really quick match. Chavo Jr. goes for the post match beatdown, focusing a bit on holding Rey's mask and punching him in the face. -commercial- WM Recall - III - Hogan pins Andre Backstage, Dawn is giving Heyman a massage. Kurt Angle vs Bob Holly - mat wrestling to start with several counters. Angle gets 2 armdrags and they stare at each other. Angle goes to work on Holly's back in the corner. He charges fpr a shoulder and Holly moves and Angle goes flying into the post and to the outside and we have a commercial break. Back from the break and Holly has taken advantage of the missed should block. Holly goes for the sleeper and takes it down on the mat. Angle fights out of it with some punches but Holly gets him in the corner and starts kicking the injured shoulder. Holly goes for a powerbomb, Angle tries to counter but Holly falls back and Angle hits the top rope. Angle gets a head of steam and eventually gets 2 german suplexes for a 2 count. Angle goes for the Angle slam but Holy counters and rolls up for a 2. Holly goes for the Alabama slam but Angle grabs the ropes which allows holly to get a low kick in while Angle was hanging on the ropes. Holly goes to the top, Angle pops up and goes for the belly to belly but gets pushed off and holly hits a clothesline from the top for a 2 count. Angle goes for the Angle Slam which holly counters into the Alabama Slam for 2 (foot on the rope). Small "Angle" Chant from the crowd. Holly gets a full nelson which angle counters for only a 2 count. Angle undos the straps and goes for the Anklelock in the middle of the ring, but Holly kicks out of it. Holly goes for the Alabama slam again but Angle counters it back into the ankle lock. Holly tries to kick out but Angle holds on and eventually Holly has to tap out. Pretty decent match actually.. Heyman immediately walks out to make his announcement. The #1 Contender at WM XX will be...Well its the Big Show...no, wait, just his music. Big Show walks out (with actual clothes on). Big Show says he defended his title tonight, was the Smackdown MVP at the Royal Rumble..theres no one better than the Big Show, the people love him (assorted boos fromt he crowd). Angle was the last man eliminated from the Smackdown Rumble. Angle Challenges Big Show to any athletic contest that Heyman wants. Pie Eating contests aren't official though. Big Show eats pieces of crap like Kurt for Breakfast (guess what Kurts comeback was..) Heyman loves Angle/Show at No Way Out for the #1 Contendership. Hes about to announce the match when Cena's music hits and Cena strolls out and says his usual. Angle wants Cena in the match. Heyman won't do it. Cena gets a cheap pop with a Lebron James comment. Heyman changes his mind. Triple Threat Match for the #1 Contendership Show/Angle/Cena. Im guessing its not for the US Title too. End show It wasn't actually as bad as the spoilers made it out to be but not really anything special. Oh, and no Ernest Miller/Tajiri match...

Do they still have Tejada on their team? The only good hitter they have is Chavez, I think you are wrong. Miguel Tejada = Baltimore Oriole for the next 6 years.

The only Bucs player (well, technically anyway) that might be a Raven is Keyshawn, and hes already said he wouldn't mind playing for the Ravens so thats possible. The Ravens need a WR, and hes probably the #2 available behind Owens. The major concerns that need to be adressed are on the offense (need a bigtime FA WR, please dump Orlando Brown, resign Anthony Wright and Marcus Robinson) and Special Teams (Desperately need a kick returner better than Lamont Brightful). On Defense, Chris McCallister is going to get franchised so he won't be going anywhere, and I hope they are able to resign Ed Hartwell.

Try winning a playoff series first. I think Pettite and Clemens will help with that bit of a problem if they make it to the playoffs, which Im sure they will. They'll either win the Central or the Wild Card. The only other NL teams that might be in contention for the NL Wild Card are the Phillies and Marlins and they are going to beat the snot out of each other the numerous times they play each other. NL West - Giants Central - Astros/Cubs East - Braves Wild Card - Astros/Cubs AL West - Angels Central - Twins or Royals East - Red Sox Wild Card - Yankees

the one guy with the beard faintly reminds me of Chavo. The fact that this is a show based on ESPN's tape library and they probably have about 15 minutes of actual footage in the hour from that library is amusing.

I liked it how they mentioned Orndorf said that he would say a few words and he talked for over a minute or so. That happens a lot.

The footage is from the Mid South in the 1980s..its almost like MST3K except that you cant see their shadows while they talk over the footage. Its not going to be all wrestling either, but ESPN does have a lot of old wrestling footage so they could do wrestling regularly. Its on again at 1am eastern if you miss it. First match is Bob Orton Jr vs Jesse Barr.

The Orioles just need their pitching to come through and they could make the playoffs, but I doubt they'd win the World Series. Im going to pick... The Astros???

Mark McLemore signed a minor league contract with the Orioles, who he played for from 92-94. Hard to believe he's 39 though. He wants to land a job with the team as a utility player since that role was Mora's who is going to be playing 3B full time.

My roomate had a box in his closet with about 75 videos of nothing but Billy Connolly's stand up stuff performances. He's very funny, although I don't see the need of having so many tapes with most of them having the same exact material just shot in different cities.

And you get to preview it for us! Lucky you! Yeah. crappy smackdown > infomercials at 2 am and, on average, there is about an hour and 34 minutes not including commercials since thats about how long it takes to watch without the commercials.
