I don't know for sure if hes out for the year, but a Torn MCL sounds bad. And that conflicts with the sprained knee report..so I really dont know.

I think I'm gonna watch some of the As Red Sox game at 1, some of the NASCAR race in Kansas at 2, flip back and forth til 4, and then Watch the Redskins Eagles game at 4. No Ravens game this week kinda has me in a eh mode. With the satellite, the early fox game is Seahawks Packers, and then I can get Lions/49ers and Skins/Eagles. With no Ravens the local CBS games is Dolphins Giants at 1, which I shall skip.

I changed my pick in the San Diego/Jax game last night from tie to the Chargers, so we differ in that game as well. And taking Denver vs KC was a stretch, but it might pay off.

All I know is if the Red Sox come back to win this series (which they wont, but anyway) there might be a lot of bald people in Boston. Tying run for the Cubs is at the plate...

Cubs pitching is better than the Braves', but the Braves offense is better. Clemment has been the off/on pitcher for the Cubs this year and well.. I think the best matchup (barring some miracle comebacks by the Twins/Boston) for the World Series would be Yankees vs Cubs. The sad thing is Im not sure if the Cubs could beat the Marlins.. I think it would be absolutely hilarious if the Yankees played and lost to two of the four recent expansion teams in the World Series (Diamondbacks/Marlins) but a Yankees Marlins World Series wouldn't be nearly as captivating as Yankees Cubs.

I think it should be a hair vs tooth match, ie if Benoit wins Albert shaves his back and if Albert wins Benoit has to get a fake tooth to fill in the missing one.

Hes 97 Homers away from the record right now. If in 2 years he hits say, 90-96 Home Runs, I think he'll probably end up a DH in the American league for at least 1 year so he can break the record. ESPN has Bonds passing Aaron in April 2006 although I've heard sooner. I think Bonds has at least 2 more years of play in him, which would make it close. I think he probably could have 1 or 2 more if he went to the AL and DH'ed.
