oh noes! Teh SPOILERZ~! Seriously though, BOOGYMAN? Are they even THAT nuts these days.
-
Just watched the most recent episode and it was easily one of the best. Dwight OWNED it this time around. Busting out "Ryan sarted the fire" in song almost killed me laughing. My other favorite moment was Ryan and Michael in the car. "I'm very uncomfortable" This show rocks.

Haven't bought it yet, going out to do so now.

Neither are worth my time anymore. I almost never watch either of the shows (I havn't seen anything of Smackdown in months). I ocasionally watch a segment or 2 of RAW and I still read about what happens. From reading on the net, I'd have to pick Smackdown over RAW for the last few weeks, but since there was a 'neither' option I choose TNA.

A game five between two big markets("LA" and NY) and a actual decent and close football team including the ratings draw of the powder blue Chargers unis. However, MNF and other sports aren't difference makers in Raw's declining ratings. Homecoming sucked and the viewers didn't care to watch last night. I would only suspect the rating drops more after yesterday's pathetic show. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The fact that the Chargers were playing in an alternate uniform cannot seriously be considered a ratings draw can it?
-
From InsidePulse: " The following are the ratings for recent WWE and TNA programming: -RAW: 4.0 cable rating (5.7 share), down from last week's 4.4 (three-hour show) and 4.7 (the part of the show that ran from 9-11) -TNA iMPACT Replay: 0.5 -AM Raw: 0.5 cable rating (1.4 share) -10/7 edition of Smackdown: 2.4 broadcast rating (4.1 share)" So a .4 drop in one week (or .7 if you want to look at it that way) can't be good, but it's not apocalypse or anything. Was there more Baseball/Football competition this week? And for that matter do other sports really make a difference in the Raw ratings?

Are you fucking nuts? Wayne's World 2 was godamn brilliantly hillarious.

I dislike Jjaarreett as much as the next guy, but I think the HHH comparissons are kinda off base. I mean were Trips in the same position, there's no way he'd be putting over the X-division in interviews.

Next Generation DVD War Heats Up In Tokyo
ZGangsta replied to Lil' Bitch's topic in Television & Film
Blu-ray = Blue laser because blue light has a lower wavelength than red and thus can read smaller areas on the disc so you can fit more data. So, no it's not just a code name, it actually means something. However, both the Blu-ray and HD-DVD formats use blue lasers. The Blu-ray discs can hold more data than HD-DVD, but HD-DVDs are cheaper to make so far. If you go by the well established "any format made up by Sony will die a horrible horrible death" rule, then the winner will be HD-DVD. But Sony does have the PS3 advantage here. Actually whatever format the porn industry backs will probably win. Completely serious here. -
What year did WWE start to lose their edge?
ZGangsta replied to CBright7831's topic in The WWE Folder
The night after Wrestlemania X-7 was when it all started to go downhill. There have been a few bright periods since then (Smackdown 6 era) but since then it's pretty much been crap. The period between Royal Rumble 2000 and Wrestlemania X-7 in 2001 was the greatest period in the history of wrestling in my opinion. -
So any new news on who's going to end up being the new Captain for season 5?

Serenity had a higher PSA than Flightplan, and it didn't cost that much to make. It's not like it was a Stealth or The Island. I'd consider 10 mil a success for a movie based on a cancelled-after-one-season sci-fi show that showed on just over 2000 screens and had a budget of under 40 mil. And I'd wager that studio execs would agree with me. It's like the Whedon-Marks WANT this movie to fail to turn the guy into some sort of martyr. God I fucking hate Whedon-Marks.

Paul Martin loves gays, Vatican not amused

So, when are they going to deny communion to the politicians that support the death penalty? Oh wait, not going to happen because those people are "good Christians." -
There's going to be relationships to the original Crisis, considering Pariah and Psycho Pirate have come back into focus as of late. So no, it's not just a name similarity, but no one really knows what the relationship is going to be. Oh, and DC is calling it the "sequel" to Crisis on Infinite Earths.
-
Sweetness! I wonder what's up with the Crisis-On-Infinite-Earths-ish red sky with lightning in the background of the second page?

I voted for 5, but I'll collect every season from 3-9. 9 has a few good episodes (the New York one stands out) but is obviously the decline of the series. But the peak of the series is seasons 4-7. Everything past 10 I can't stand to watch. But I might add, the episode that aired 'between' seasons 9 and 10, where Lisa Kudrow plays a new student that Lisa befriends, is hillarious. But that's mostly for the awesome Bart/Homer grease collecting subplot.

Man, what a fucktard. If he said the phrase "blame game" one more time i think every reporter in the room was going to bum rush him. Such a robot. Favorite part is the guys in the studio afterwards calling him a "fat whore."

Oh yeah, I feel so sorry for an R-rated comedy starring Steve Carell with a budget of under 30 million that probably wasn'e expected to bring in more than 40 million in it's whole theatrical AND dvd run that has made 82 million dollars in 3 weeks. So sorry* *Actually do not feel sorry for movie
-
Trust me, it's justified this time. Such a BAD show.
-
How much you wanna bet that the end result of this "Night of the Champions" crap is HHH and the new Evolution beating down Austin, Hogan, Foley, and Flair?

-See if there's any wires fallen into it or any other obstructions. -See if it's broken -Use a can of compressed air to de-dust it

Now that Marvel's making their own films, I will only watch any of those movies if Brian Bendis PERSONALLY writes each of the scripts and Wolverine is promenantly featured in every scene.
-
Marvel (Avi Arad in particular) thinks that becasue Spidder-Man, X-men, and F4 were successful superhero movies, that Marvel has some golden touch and any of their properties will be huge money. But the fact is, those are the 3 big mainstreem Marvel Comics properties and are bound to be the most sucessful. They are in for a rude awakening when they movies like Sub-mariner or Iron Fist are going to be successes.

I totally agree. I rank AD as wy favorite show of all time as well. Hell, I was leaning that way after the first season alone. Can't wait for the new season and the DVD.

So THAT's why Mike Meyers looked so concerned. He was all "Oh shit, the Navy's coming here to kill us? CHEESE IT Kayne!"
