  1. The things I loved most about the movie: -The zombies attack on Fiddlers Green. It's the ultimate "Underclass rises above the upper class" scenario =The Fat Samoan guy -Dennis Hopper as Kaufman. -John Leguizamo as Cholo. Actually, all of the acting was great -The "Jack in the Box" zombie -Simon Pegg and Tom Savini's cameos. Hell just about everything in it rocked my world. My only complaint is that it was too short.
  2. Trailer is now online http://www.kingkongmovie.com/ef239524432ba...7/en_large.html

  5. Well, if you folks were disappointed by this film, then don't worry; the Aussie Horror film "Undead" opens on Friday in select cities, with a wider release later in the weeks ahead.
  6. No he doesn't. He's not dancing here
  7. Rant, it's time to stop posting shit like this. It's not gross or offensive to me, it's just stupid, and it's time to stop.
  8. You got to be shitting me. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I ain't shittin' ya. "Star Wars" just didn't do it for me, "High Tension" was great, but the ending was a letdown, and I have no interest in "Fantastic Four" or "War of the Worlds" (Though "Dark Water", albeit a remake, looks good). So basically, "Batman Begins" and "Land of the Dead" are the best movies I've seen this summer so far.
  9. I actually don't mind the bits of conversation. I think that they helps set the tone and atmosphere of the film. "Day Of the Dad" isn't a "Rambo" style war hero flick; it's a study on the dark nature of the human spirit, and on the increasing Militarism of the U.S. If anything, it's the anti "Rambo"
  10. It was made for about $15 Million. Not exactly a low budget, but definately less than the average summer movie.
  11. At least "Land" made more money in it's opening weekend than any of Heorge's other zombie movies.
  12. Ditto on that rating.
  13. Nah, Tom doesn't go to Iran as a "journalist" and write down notes while thousands of people there shout out "Death to America!" (Yes, I really hate Sean Penn. More than any other Celebrity in existence.)

  16. Just saw it, and it's awesome. When you hear reviews that say "Romero shows them how it's done" it's damn true. This movie is tied with "Batman Begins" as the best film of the summer, IMO.
  17. Well, it's official, Land of the Dead is now upon us. Seen it? Going to See it? Talk about it here
  18. Kiss your childhood memories away
  19. WWE: We love our fans, unless they have access to the Internet.
  20. Boyd Rice is good to listen to when you want to piss off Hippie Protesters and "punk rockers"
  21. He most certainly does not
  22. Personally, The Smashing Pumpkins were never really my cup of tea. I do like they're cover of Depeche Modes "Never Let Me Down Again" however.
