That shit is filthy with MSG, it always gives me a headache. That toilet shot is messing with me. I dunno that I'm cut out for this folder... (it's so hardcore!)

Lita training anyone to wrestle is just comedy people. Come on, don't you see the joke? It is a joke, right? Right??

And it doesn't in New York city, Mike. And if there is a country wide minimum wage, then it has to work across the country. Even in places where there is such a glut of money that condos cost two thousand a month. There has to be SOMEPLACE. Not all poor people can live in section 8 housing. And NO they can't just move.
-
Excuse me Mike, forty hours times minimum wage is something like $960 a month. If say, you live around here where I live, that just won't pay the bills. I'd be surprised to find housing that cheap, let alone housing plus food and god knows what else. Let alone, if you have even one child. Let alone if you want to even try to have a car, to get to work. Around here, at least, it doesn't work.

Mike you fail to grasp that almost anyone can be a teacher, but it takes a very able person to be a GOOD teacher. When you pay teachers a shitty wage, you're going to get shitty teachers. I have had good teachers and bad teachers in my day, as I'm sure all of us have had. The good teachers helped me better myself, the bad teachers were difficulties to be avoided if at all possible. Everyone knows that public schooling in this country should be better so that a majority of America's next generation(s) will be as fully skilled as possible. Sub-par teachers just WILL NOT provide that. And for the record it takes a LOT of skill and especially quality to be a good teacher. Not all smart people can do it. People with good empathy and communication skills make good teachers, but if they'd make far more money working for something else, or if they simply wouldn't make enough working as a teacher, they won't teach. You can say that public schools are where bad teachers go, but it shouldn't be that way. If private schools offer teachers more, then public schools should match it. It does a great disservice to the majority of kids who cannot go to a private school.

Mike, I think my point is something like this: MAD is Mutally Assured Destruction (duh) MAD is assured when everyone has enough bombs to kill everyone else. Right now, it only takes a few hundred bombs to do all of that. Having a shield may mean that other nations may need to accumulate a few thousand bombs, instead of a few hundred. But eventually, even if only one percent of the bombs get through the shield (which is rediculously optimistic) all a nation needs is a few hundred bombs to nuke the US/Canada anyways, however they would need more than they needed previously. So more bombs would be made. And the more bombs we have, the more bombs get lost. Even one lost bomb is too many. Why is it hawks don't understand nuclear NONproliferation, and DISarmermant is what will lead to a peaceful and safe future?
-
Omigod you guys. Okay, I for one am against a missle shield, star wars, whatever. First of all, nothing like that is one hundred percent perfect. Despite the costs, it's not. SO, what that means is that anyone who's going to want to be able to threaten us with any sort of MAD will have to have IMMENSE stockpiles of weapons, at least more than they do now. If you don't see that as an instigation for proliferation, you're delirious. In a perfect world everyone would be ICBM proof. But we don't live in one. If we build starwars, it will just unbalance the same cold war balance that has prevented a world war for decades.

^ this is all reasonably true. The numbers might not be exact, but there are ways to lower demand of oil rather than increasing supply. Just saying.

My dad buys music like that, as does another parent. I really feel like the kids aren't buying the music, the parents are. But I don't really know *anything* about buying MP3s so don't ask me.

I remember last time we argued about this. I'm against it, I believe people who chose to Lip Synch "suck" but that's just me. If I recall correctly, it's an opinion issue, thru and thru. I think it's a decision you have to make on your own. Maybe if we did a poll or something? Oh and if pop is the saving grace of music between the new "it" sensations, BAD pop is what kills music. Good pop (Jackson, Wonder, etc) keeps people interested in good music. Bad pop (Spears, Chingy, etc) keeps people uninterested in good music.

It's interesting that they're now saying that AA isn't for blacks because of their skincolor, but blacks because of their history? As far as I can remember, it was designed to counteract racism in culture. If it is truely designed to help those from impoverished areas with low access to textbooks and a so-called culture of sloth (as the article had a quote mentioning) then take the skin color out of it. There are more broke ass uneducated crackers in this country than anywhere else. And they don't get any help just because other white people have it so much better. In fact, a lot of white people genuinely have more prejudice against trailer trash than anyone else because to them it's "okay".

The Angels wings just look better than the Pedigree does.

Excuse me you guys. Is this all just theory still or is it some sort of official? Because ... yeah.

Listen Jobber, software is preferential for some, and for other MP3 players it's the pits. If someone can't control the quality of MP3's they steal, they oughten't complain anyways. Personally, I just rip my own music. Why would I spend an extra hundred dollars? For those white headphones everyone seems to be wearing these days? They're getting to be the look of the overspending tool, IMO. People who don't research comp, just buy an iPod.

Why does she have Stephen Kings number? Hmmmmmmmmm.

I've had some fine tofu dishes. I don't see why people are against it as a protein source. Are you against eggs too? Cheese? Tofu doesn't taste like much honestly, and I definitely won't eat it plain, just a blob of protein, but lightly fried in some good sauce? It's excellent and very healthy. So what's the problem? (sorry mike, edited for meaning)

She's gone, Vyce, whats the issue. She will never do anything, ever again. She won't ever think another thought, feel another sensation, experiance another experiance. Life isn't biological function, life is LIVING. She's not living. She's dead, as far as I'm concerned. This is just a bunch of hardwired functions repeating endlessly. It's a PARADY of life at best, and her parents are just ... I dunno what. The fact that she probably DID tell her husband she didn't want to live like this makes this whole thing sadder.

I agree, standardized tests teach memorization over education.

Jobber, I have a Creative Zen and I like it fine. Whats supposed to be wrong with it? Oh and iPod's are wastes of money. There is NO reason to break the bank on one, none.

Homer's Phobia was a MUCH better episode.

I liked a few points of TGTTM, but not a whole lot. SMC is *awful* And HM is back on which is nice. ATHF is pretty good still. Sealab, not so much. HB:AAT is of course the best of the 15 min shows. Underappreciated in my book. And Venture Bros. are awsome.

It's gotta be based on people knowing people. It can't be anything specific like any measureable talent. I mean don't get me started on listing five indy workers better than ANYONE from TNA...

Here are some pictures from my Photobucket account

Why do you have that girl with her tongue sticking out? Isn't that a pic of some girl someone here was dating, or friends with, or broke up with? -

I think it's because right now they don't *have* a Rock or SCSA to depend on. They feel like, as a company, they need that. Maybe if their uppercard was secure they'd focus on the midcard, but I really think that's foolish. Wrestling is a show, not a two man act. But I feel like they're just following Reaganomics, hoping the people on top's heat will trickle down to the midcard, somehow. Meanwhile, I feel like supporting the middle card will strengthen the entire fed. Um. *Goes back to CE*
