No, that's not it. When I maximize the window, it goes over the toolbar. it's just not AOL Explorer, it's Internet Explorer, Wordpad, Paint, everything goes over it when you maximize it.

I've let everyone know in the past that my sister fucks up the computer she's on, and I have to come in and fix it, and now it's no different. Last night, I went to bed, and she got on. This morning, I get up, turn on the computer and notice the start toolbar is above everything instead of below it. No problem. I move it down, and then I click on the internet and it disappears everytime click on something. Heh, I remember that now aswell. All of these Prince Iaukea moments are coming back to me. Like one time, on Worldwide, I thought Nash decapitated him with a big boot.
