The only thing we all know for sure is that there will be a Montreal salary dump. Who do you think gets Cabrera? My money's on San Fran.

And the music industry wonders why its profits are down.
-
Slats shouldn't have been on, and I'm glad he wasn't. With the team he had playing in front of him, it didn't take much to win. Hell, I could have gone behind the bench and won Cups if I had Gretzky in his prime.

But you leave Batista out and I think he doesn't deserve that. I agree, and I wouldn't mind if they tossed him into the IC Title equation, but tonight's show made it look like Edge v. Jericho was the real storyline behind the match. His presence, if he's in, will be for naught.

Therefore, we need to find people with talent and give them images, instead of finding people with images and giving them record deals. If the music industry wants to recover, it needs to stop blaming P2P and start looking at the real problem: music that isn't worth a shit being pumped out in droves. The public is waking up; now, the music industry needs to as well.

They'd sell 70 000 tickets in the Big O, and then Selig would decide to play in front of 5 000 people in Puerto Rico. I was shocked to see this on the news tonight. Hopefully, it isn't as serious as feared.

Ten bucks says all of Williams' money goes up his nose in short order and he tries a comeback.

Bob Cole and Harry Neale - Every game. They bug the crap out of me. Greg Millen - Every game of the Flames/Wings series. No wonder the Wings seemed off... they must've been thinking of the blowjobs they each received before the game.

RAW tonight made it look like Edge will be facing Jericho. I, personally, would love to see that match.

I really liked the match, and the ending to it. Keeps the title on Benoit and sets up both the Benoit/Orton and HHH/Eugene (you KNOW it's happening) matches nicely. The match alone makes it a thumbs-up show, and the setup of Y2J/Edge and the finishing sequence to the battle royale serve to strengthen it. -
As an Expos fan, I love the Everett trade, because it corrects the mistake of having ever signed him in the first place.

I found this really funny, because Burton Cummings is not a magician; he is the lead singer of the Guess Who (a Canadian rock band, for those of you who are not in the proverbial loop).

The Oilers almost moved to Hamilton in 1993. Why not Pittsburgh? This also goes for the Flames in 1999-2000.
-
What do you all think about the rumour of the Penguins already being sold to a consortium looking to move them to Winnipeg?

TLC In A Cage - 'Nuff said. Pandora's Box Match - Another one in a cage. The two wrestlers each bring a closed box filled with weapons into the ring, and can use them to their heart's content. Golf Shoes Match - CZW only for this one...

All that this election means is the unofficial death of Canada. Quebec's looking at another referendum in 2009, and the fledgling separatist movement in Alberta will now pick up steam with the Liberal win.

Either that, or the first one that consents to naming the stadium "Bud Selig Park".

Oh boy, just what the Habs need: another big, soft, useless guy with no heart.

I need help with a problem I've had with my computer for about a month now. Something is sapping my live memory, even when I have no processes running and "System Idle Process" is at 99. This is causing my computer to "skip", if you will. Sound files will skip like a scratched CD; the mouse pointer will randomly dance about the screen when I move it. When I hit CTRL-ALT-DEL and open my process list, the live memory reading jumps from 0% to 38% and back again constantly, even if I have nothing else running. I know that this is causing the skip, but I'm in a fog as to what's causing it. My antivirus scans detect nothing, so I doubt it's a virus. Anyone ever had this?

I called the two teams they were gonna pick for the NHL. I was thinking they might squeeze in the Capitals from their disasterous first year as an expansion team. Hmm... 1972-73 Capitals... 8-67-5, right? That team should not only have made the list, it should have easily been top 5.

I think that the Americans have been FAR too nice over in the Middle East during this war. It's time to get to kicking some serious ass, because it's obvious now that we aren't dealing with human beings; we're dealing with animals. Animals who cannot be reasoned with, and who will not be reasoned with. Animals that can only be stopped if the United States of America gets pissed.

I've watched all the English games so far, and I thought Michael Owen played great. He's one tough son of a bitch, is what he is. I especially liked the pass he made to Rooney for the GWG yesterday.

And just what do I do about that one?
