one question...Connors WAS missing his arm in this movie right? I swear everyone I know completely missed the fact that his arm was missing...or maybe I'm wrong? anybody else experiencing this strange phenomona?

anyone remember a movie called "Fanny Hill" from way back in the late 80s I wanna say, maybe 1990? It was set in the old Victorian French Days in a brothel(you know, guys wore wigs, gals had push up dresses, horse-drawn carriages etc.) and was just non-stop fucking. It was pretty damn hardcore for a skinemax movie, in fact I haven't seen a softcore yet as hard as this one...anyway it's memorable to me because it was one of the first flicks I discovered my manhood with!

Okay, the guy at GameStop told me they were the ONLY ones getting this game in...I know he's bullshitting me...he's GOTTA be bullshitting me...right? I mean he was the store manager, so I was like "oh.....really?"...hopefully a fucking store manager wouldn't lie to me, but I know how business people are...

if anyone was worse than Nash as a draw it had to be Yokozuna right? That year (93/94) blew for title matches, but I'm sure people hated him enough that the draw was huge for people wanting to see him get beat so I suppose i'm probably wrong...I can't think of one memorable match he had during his reign other than the one where Bret beat him at WM10...

in this forum? prepare to get shredded...honestly i don't hate them, 3 Dollar Bill was decent, i just hate fred durst...

point is, 311 will NEVER be mentioned in the same sentence as the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Kiss, Aerosmith, the Stones, etc. etc. fucking Saliva has sold million of records and headlined shows dude, come up with a better point...

I live in the town the originated from...when 75% of the population here hates them, they don't have longevity...a 20 year old can pick up a Beatles album and love it, can you say that 20 years from now for 311? their schtick is old and tired...don't get me wrong I have a few albums, but in 20 years I won't be poppin them in to relive my youth...what kills them for me is SA, drop him and have Nick Hexum doing more singing than rapping and they'd be a lot better...

back in the day, that song was the shit....

i'm a Gambit fan and all, but I think adding MORE to the team will just delude the whole thing...it'll turn into Street Fighter or MK:Annihilation...too many characters jammed in and not enough story to go around...we're only beginning to see Iceman and even Rogue, then they throw in possibly Colossus and of course Nightcrawler is a fulltime member now...let's not get crazy with the overkill here...

hell i hated every UT title reign compared to Nash's...even his title matches with Mick weren't that spectacular...
-
i'd chalk that up to the dead weight he was stuck wrestling then, Mabel, Sid, DiBiase guys, etc...his only good matches were against Hart and Michaels...

no no no, i don't mean sound and style-wise, i just mean being different than the norm, the mainstream...they have their cult followers, but not enough of the common listeners to keep them going for decades like the other bands i've mentioned...i don't think if Nowell was still alive today that his group would still be around or at least be huge or potentially be huge...that's what I mean, look at Sugar Ray's damn near immediate drop off the radar and 311 really being never-weres as opposed to being has-beens...sorry for the confusion, i just threw those two out off the top of my head...bands like Kiss and the Beatles and Stones, etc. were different then the norm and caught on so much with EVERYONE that they can still sell out 20,000 seat arenas 30 years after their first sellout...
-
I don't know, I have Sublime's most popular album and I can't see them as someone who would have blown up huge...they're in that same vein as 311 and Sugar Ray, the longevity isn't there...sure both groups have been around awhile, but can they be like the Beatles, Stones, Aerosmith, Kiss etc. and still sell huge 20 or 30 years later...no way...

without Doogie Howser, Undercover Brother wouldn't have been near as good...

I went to a White Castle in St. Louis once... WORST. FOOD. EVER. wasn't John Cho also in American Wedding? wonder why they didn't credit that...hell i think he had more screentime in Wedding than he did in 1 and 2 combined...

the best death scene was in part 3: the kid that played with the puppets, Freddy pulls veins out of arms and legs and uses them like puppet strings and throws him off the building. when i was a kid that scene made me cringe everytime... goofiest death scene was in part 4: breaks the benchpressing chicks' arms off and then turns her into a giant roach, then crushes her in that roach motel..."you can check in, but you can't check out!" SQUISH!

I'm actually impressed how she (and by she I mean Jessica and her producers) managed to suck the life out of "Take My Breath Away"... i'm glad im not the only one that thinks that is one of the worst covers in the history of covers...

speaking of her mom, i don't think i've seen a bigger gravy-trainer than her, and that includes Tiger Wood's dad and the Williams sister's dad...i don't think Britney or Justin's moms are as bad...

Freeman is a great actor...one of the best african-american actors ever...unfortunantly he doesn't always get involved in the best movies but I think every good actor can be accused of that (De Niro in Showtime, anyone?)...that could explain his love... Spacey I'm not a huge fan of but his role in American Beauty was pretty damn good and he kicked ass hosting SNL, but perhaps he's gotten to far in this thing... Norton is okay...i dug Fight Club and American History X, that's about it from him...I don't like him as the heel in a movie (he did a face turn in History X so that one doesn't count)... I think a lot of these choices could be attributed to what movies folks have seen...after the Godfather, Brando's movies and appearances became more and more scarce so a lot of the younger posters may not know what the man was capable of (he did do Island Of Doctor Mareau too, don't forget THAT crap)... Votes: De Niro, Spacey, Freeman, Brando

Countdown To Extinction is what sold me on Megadeth....Sweating Bullets is one of my favorite tracks to this day and the rest of the album is solid...go with Rust In Peace after that...then Cryptic Writings followed by Youthanasia...Risk is bad but I think Prince Of Darkness and Wanderlust are decent enough tracks...oh yeah also get the disc with the songs from soundtracks, can't think of the name, Hidden Treasures I think. It has 99 Ways To Die on it which owns on many levels...

It's So Easy, Dust N Bones, 14 Years, Yesterdays, Pretty Tied Up and Locomotive are my favorites...of the ones listed i'd take You Could Be Mine, it's what really got me into liking them (yeah I was a Johnny-Come-Lately with them)... sidenote: One In A Million, i swear I heard somewhere that the song was a reflection of how he first felt when he got to LA but had since changed his opinions once he was able to open his eyes (he even started to support NWA at some point in 91)...a different take i heard was that the song was about a kid stepping away from small town USA and experiencing the big city life for the first time (which I guess is his case)...maybe i'm wrong...the song doesn't offend me *shrugs*

didn't Pillman also get some Dungeon training in? not sure if they ever mentioned it but perhaps that would be his tie to the Harts, not to mention his hatred of Austin, the Harts main adversary...
