I could live without Christian...guys that aren't in the upper echelon could trade jobs back and forth while putting on decent matches and having decent fueds...
20 is the same amount of guys they had to work with before the brand extension, all through the 90s and before...I really don't see how going back to the old ways wouldn't work? Even WITH the brand extension it's the SAME guys getting the limelight...what would the difference be?
...and doing a poor job at it. Let's think positively for a change, shall we?
hey, YOU guys are the Smarks here, I'm just going by what YOU guys say...me, I just watch the show...I don't disect it like YOU guys...
they have more talent, sure...do they showcase their talent? no...
i see the same guys all the time:
HHH
HBK
Undertaker
JBL
Eddy
Rey
Big Show
Angle
Benoit
Jericho
Benjamin
Orton
Batista
Kane
Edge
Cena
Carlito
Heidenreich
Orlando
Kenzo
maybe a couple others whose names escape me now...keep both shows still, use your bigger names on both shows...throw in a few jobbers to the stars and use Heat, Velocity etc. to pump up newer talent until they're ready for the two bigger shows...plain and simple...
I'm talking THIS version of HBK...no way will he job to Edge at WM, no freaking way, especially if he's as bad as you all think he is when it comes to that...
I just don't believe that...not if they continue to run Velocity, Heat, and those other garbage recap shows...it wasn't a problem before the Brand Extension, why is it a problem now?
i think they should drop the tag titles completely from Raw and make it a Smackdown only thing like the cruiserweight title....of course they should just drop the Brand Extension period, but i've gone on long enough about THAT...
you know what would be a great endzone dance? the guy humping the other teams logo or pretending to jack off onto it...
better yet, after a sack, the tackler could pretend to jack off on the QB!
especially considering the numerous times in battle royals and rumbles that NUMEROUS guys are needed to haul out the big guys and even then it doesn't always work...even when they have momentum going...
haven't we discussed this before? I really don't think he would have broke past the IC title ranks...he didn't have what Bret Hart had...hell his only decent fued was AGAINST Bret...
crap, you're right, i was thinking 91, that was when he had the title match with Warrior...thanks for reminding me! His elimination was pretty cool also, Sid slingshot him into the turnbuckle and he popped right out and over, how could I forget??
is there a reason why they always change the interval time every year? do they realize that the match may suck with the current participants and change it up or what?
also, 1992 was the best Rumble match, hands down...all the top stars with the exception of Warrior and Slaughter were in that thing...awesome spots all throughout, hardly any slow spots...well booked Rumble...
that just shows you how lopsided and diluted the NBA product is....a losing team could win their division and become the 3 seed with home court advantage??? HUH???
