You slept on it wrong, or had a stroke. I know I used to sleep on shitty pillows that made my neck hurt, it's been fucked up from a car accident and wrestling shenaniggans. One day I woke up and my neck hurt super bad and I kept getting dizzy spells throughout the day. I spent all day at home just laying there, everytime I stood up..dizzy. I bought better pillows with more neck support..and it hasn't happened since.
