Not bad for Hardy. He goes from not having a match to being thrown into the main event for the WWE title. He'll probably be taking the pinfall, but still, not too shabby.

That's probably the best plan I've heard, but I don't think they'd want to do HHH vs Orton out of nowhere. and if they DO go this route, they can have Umaga flatten HHH after their match, so that HHH is less then 100% going into the title match. This way HHH surely would not look weak if he had to *gasp* do the job

How about a 4 man Tournament for the title? Have the scheduled Triple H/ Umaga match as one semi, and Orton/Hardy as the other. Then in the Triple H/Orton final, Vince can screw Triple H out of the belt so he doesn't look weak, and so they can keep the Vince/ HHH mini feud going.

Not enough people have switched over to one format or another, so they can't really say which one will be the dominant brand once the vasty majority switch over. When standard def DVD's start getting phased out (ala VHS) then we will see who will live and who will die (or if both can survive)

"Teleporting" moves are really nothing new. See The People's Elbow and RVD's Rolling Thunder grapple. Nothing's worse than the teleporting superplex from top of the ladder in last year's game. that used to drive me nuts

I said in the Summerslam thread (I think it was that thread) that they better take the belt off Cena soon before he gets hurt, so I can't say I'm utterly shocked that he got hurt last night.

His suspension kicked in the same time as veeryone else, it just took an extra week of him being on TV to write him out for a while.

If the Champion is having great fueds and results in great payoff matches, then I really don't care how long they have the strap. Cena's reign has not been all bad, its just a lot of his fueds are following the same formula, thus they are getting boring.

I was a fan of the work done my Mickie and Trish during their fued heading into WM 22. In fact, I thought it was the best sub plots heading into a match that night.

The 4-way was a pretty fun match. The ref, however, seemed way out of place. During the sport with Dreamer and Stevie (I think) where they were doing a series of near falls I don't think he got a convincing 2 count on any of those pins. It almost seemed like he was winded during the whole match

I actually think Ashley's hot. Agreed. There isn't a person here who wouldn't kill their entire family (is it too soon for a family-killing pun?) for the chance to sleep with Ashley. I wouldn't go THAT far...
