Drew Bledsoe is classic for putting up huge numbers but not making the important throws that win games. I am sorry Dallas fans, but as pedestrian as Vinny was last year, that wasn't the problem. As a Skins fan, I know I sound like a homer predicting them to win, but I look at like this......The Cowboys will be facing a Skins Defense that was #3 in defense last season with the RUN defense being the better half, now if they can neutralize Julius Jones and the run game, then you are going to see them attack Bledsoe, his old coach Greg Williams is coaching the Skins D, and something tells me he is going to have a pretty good gameplan for attacking him. The Skins problem will be scoring points on offense of course, however I see a close, low scoring game that will be won in the 4th quarter. This is why I actually think Brunell is a more ideal QB then Ramsey for this situation. Ramsey has an NFL arm, but he makes too many mistakes, this game on monday would have been a primetime example of why Ramsey is not yet ready (and may never be) because he would be himself and do a lot of things right, but make the stupid throw in the 4th quarter that blows the game. Brunell on the other hand, while he won't light up the stat sheets, he will make the throws he needs to and avoid making the dumb throws that lose games. Also his best game in 2004 was agains the Cowboys, he lit them for over 300yds passing a couple of TD tosses... Skins 17 'Boys 13

This was kind of depressing to watch because it was obviously forced upon the animals by putting them both in the same caged in area. Also you can totally see that neither animal much even wants to fight, but they are doing it more out of fear then anger......FUCK WHOEVER DID THIS.......and I really wish I hadn't already watched this, but since I have, now you all must too...... http://www.ownagevideos.com/page.php?id=502

Damn, $40 is a lot for a DVD, even for a special edition, but like most other dvds Frys will have a sale the first week it comes out.

Kerry Collins is like Drew Bledsoe, they will fill the stat sheets, but can't make the important throws that win games.

Damn I took the Raiders cause the line was 7.5. If Janikowski wwould have made the field goal, I would have stolen a pick in pick 'em.........AAAAAAAAAARGH.
-
If the Raiders are a .500 team, they will beat the Giants. I really think some people's expectations for the Giants are way to high this season. Next year they make a move, but not this season.

Well that is what I am saying, I mean group led prayer by the teacher in the classroom has been shitlisted for awhile now, but no one has, or no law has upheld any decision to not allow a child to privately pray at recess.
-
How tough is the Raiders schedule? I mean I know TO helped the Eagles inflate their record last season, but wasn't their schedule pretty soft, and they ended up losing to the teams with a decent defense?

Rumors are flying off the handle, that the Horror Channel is finally launching in the middle of October. The Only major provider at Launch is Dish Network(which I have) apparently there were some Horror Channel execs at a convention and they were telling people this.
-
Umm Rant, no one has been told they can't pray, christian/muslim/jew etc..... There is a difference between someone doing it by themselves on their own, and the TEACHER LEADING THE CLASS IN GROUP PRAYER.

Eh you have a point, although Moore did get dropped initially, and picked up by a smaller company, and it opened in select theaters before going wide due to the arthouses getting bigger capacities then they could handle.

Sinister's newer stuff is female-fronted. Pretty Good too. They broke up in 2004, but announced they are coming back.... The lead singer is named Rachel Klootserward, and an MP3 of her other band "Infinate Hate" can be found here.... I dare you to saythis sounds female....... http://www.displeasedrecords.com/mp3/infhate2.mp3

http://www.apple.com/trailers/universal/jarhead/large.html Judge for yourself. It looks like one of those flicks that acts like it will push some political boundaries, but the ties to hollywood will prevent it from leaning to heavily in one direction.....

You know I'm with you, NCMike. I think the only way the Bears win this is if we give it to them i.e. offense starts fucking up royally, etc. Things that could happen, just not sure if it will be enough for a Bears win. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, the only way I honestly see the Bears winning is if we do what we did against the Giants last year in Week 2.....(7 Turnovers)

I am in a somewhat good position as to where I only need to fill-up once a week, and that will get me to Work/School Monday - Friday, and I will have about a quarter tank left for the weekend. Now of course this will severly dampen any weekend plans as I do not in the least want to have to fill up my tank merely for a day's worth of driving.

Redskins vs. Bears is what I will be watching, and I have to say I am feeling good about this game. True, the Bears are a better team then Washington faced last season, and with Grossman at the helm I'd say the Bears might have a slight edge, but are you seriously going to tell me that it is a safe bet to say Kyle Orton--Rookie-- is going to lead a team to victory against a Top 5 Defense, in his FIRST NFL START? I am not saying it CAN'T happen, but it is surely not something anybody would pick in a pick'em. My Skins should start out 1-0 going into a Week 2 Showdown with the archrival Cowboys on a night they are honoring the Triplets.

With the right training and creative department behind him, he could be molded into another Mike Awesome.

Pretty much agree with your post here. People often refer and identify other races by how the media has unsatisfactorily stereotyped them as. So while people know not "all blacks" act a certain way, it is still common for people to say "John Cena is acting black" I have been guilty of this, but at the same time, I would never say it outside of a circle of friends that did not know I was specifically speaking about MTV-generation/stereotyped black youth.
