Don't flame me just yet, but doesn't this ruling have more to do with the bigger picture concerning phone conversations with doctors & attourneys, and that this actual situation is one of the bad bi-products of such a ruling? This is why I keep harping to get rid of all these blanket laws, and treat each case by it's situation.

I can't stress how unappealing JBL vs. UT being the headlining feud is to me.

as long as they are ample, that is good enough for me, considering I will be seeing ENTOMBED at the same show.

So when does Condaleeza Rice get to chime in and say "no one could ever imagine Iran striking inside the U.S." while her arms are folderd over her photocopy of a memo entitled "Iran determed to strike inside America"

I think Ann Coulter realized she makes more money making outrageous statements, then actually trying to debate, so in the past few years she has phased out much of her effort to debate and has joined in on the corporate media's style of 5 second run-off-isms.

In a couple months, Crowbar is coming to a local club as support for ENTOMBED~! Never heard Crowbar though, are they any good?

I find it hilarious all these guys that buy this big huge oversized trucks and slap a "Redneck" sticker on the back window as if that is somesort of badge of courage, when in reality all it is is a bullseye for halloween eggings.

EA signs a 5 year exclusive deal with NFL
NoCalMike replied to MarvinisaLunatic's topic in Video Games
The ESPN games were going to go back up to $50 anyway, 2004 was just a promotional special to possibly get Madden buyers to also throw down a mere $20 to check out the competition. -
I kind of don't get why Tarrantino movies get love, but he doesn't get much love for directing them. I consider TARRANTINO to be about 90% of the reason his movies come off with that "cool" feeling, and being different from everything else. I mean could imagine ANY OTHER director trying to tackle Kill Bill and having it come out so good?

according the the A's website, no such Hudson trade has taken plance and Beane says he expects to leave the winter meetings withouth a "big deal"

yeah, it's called pass blocking. Half of the Skins offensive line can't do it very good. Randy Thomas is good, and Jon Jansen was the best lineman who's season ended in the preseason. Other then that, you have 42 year old Ray Brown, Cory Raymer, 2nd year Dockery, and Samuels who went from being a probowler to hurting his ankle so bad that apparently he can no longer block very efficiently.

Gibbs offense doesn't use a shotgun, and quite frankly with the horrid pass blocking, a shotgun would do more damage since it would telegraph a passing down and would signal the defense to bring the house. Ramsey threw a bad pass into double coverage and the game is over. Someone wake me up from this nightmare and tell me the Skins won 14-10....!?!

Thanks for the update Bored.

Umm, the problem though is that prowrestling is not a good forum to bring to light social issues in society. I mean we all know what is going to happen, they will come out, rant, while the crowd missing the entire point that it is an "AMERICAN-arab" gimmick, will blindlessly chant "USA USA USA" and that will go on for a week or two, until some FACE becomes the "american hero" wins the feud, and either the gimmick will be changed due to the hallowness of it, or we will never see these arab guys again......I mean sure they have "a point" but so did La Resitence, Ludvig Borga, Sgt. Slaughter(heel) and so on, and so on, and so on.....it doesn't matter.

Maybe they thought people were dumb enough to associate a guy who beat Tyson, AS TYSON, thus they would pay for this, LOL. I am looking forward to watching this ass kicking next week on HBO leading up to the Johnson/Tarver match. I just hope I get home from the Redskins game in time.

WTF....this is the first time I question BEANE, but I admit I can't be to mad at him, since all things considered it was looking more likely that Hudson was gone after this season, even though Hudson was THE GUY who said that the A's signing Chavez long term was a big factor in his decision to either stay with the A's or seek a new team after this season. Dammit. I hope Jackson can join the roation without too much disruption, and with the aquisition of Perez, where does this leave Mark Ellis, who I am assuming will be 100% healthy by the time April rolls around......would be pushed to 1st base and Hatterburg goes to the bench or trade? The breakup of the Big Three hurts, but Harden has gotten better with every start and he should BREAK OUT this season. It just really hurts losing the staff Ace and VETEREN GENERAL.

Umm, Brock was good on the mic? WTF.....he was just another stale hoss before Heyman became his mouthpiece. Lesnar was not good on the mic.

So this Pepsi spice is basically regular Pepsi with some spice "thrown in" ?

Yeah I think Vitali waited too long before he realized that he could hurt Lewis and that Lewis was not hurting him, and by the time Vitali decided to start taking some real shots, his eye was fucked beyond repair. I also never got the part in that fight when Lewis was obviously holding Vitali and punching his side, ya know the part where the guy in the crowd in the camera shot was shadowing what Lewis was doing......why did the ref not run in there and tell Lewis to stop holding?

Brock was an average worker at best. He was carried in a lot of his better matches. The WWE is full of good workers on their roster, and most people in this thread would rather fuck them over yet again and bring Lesnar back in for what would probably be an immediate monster push to regain the title? *yawn*

If this is just WWE trying to capitalize on the "ECW" brand name ala, making it just like a WWE show, except calling it ECW, then it will fail miserably as far as the show itself goes, although it still might bring in a lot of buys due to curiosity. I know it will be nearly impossible but Heyman should lobby for a smaller ring, and different rope tightness, so if the cruisers get some matches, they can actually be cruisers, which leads me to my next demand, no WWE-style wrestling please

What was the original ending to Kubrick's Shining? Wikipedia claims it was changed after test audiences panned it, but I've never heard what the original ending actually was. This is the only thing IMDB had listed.......... Director Stanley Kubrick edited the ending on the third day after release, removing about 10 minutes at the end: starting after the closeup of 'frozen Jack in daylight' it goes to a pullback shot with part of a state troopers car and the legs of troopers walking around in the foreground with jack in the background, then cuts to the hotel manager (Barry Nelson) Stuart Ullman walking down a hospital hallway to the nurse's station to inquire about Danny and Wendy, he's told they're both doing well and proceeds to Wendy's (Shelley Duvall) room, where after some gentle conversation he tells Wendy that searchers have been unable to locate any evidence of the apparitions she saw. Then it cuts to the camera silently roaming the halls of the Overlook hotel for about a minute until it comes up to the wall with the photographs, where it [back to the ending as it is now known] finally closes in on the photo of Jack in the 1921 pic.

It can go both ways though, a school district here was forced to remove all Halloween affiliation, namely "witches" because some christian lady was going to sue the school for promoting witchcraft or something. I mean, people from BOTH SIDES take shit way to far, and even though I am an agnostic with atheist leanings, I enjoyed every second of the holiday tradition in school and I admit I like christmas music, and carolers(as long as they sing good, haha). I don't have a problem with any of it, as long as no certain culture or belief is being systematically removed, then who gives a shit.

Rumsfeld and Soldiers have a discussion
NoCalMike replied to Rob E Dangerously's topic in Current Events
Michael Savage is the worst at debating callers because his production staff is so sloppy that you can actually hear the caller between the mute button pushing, which proves he just mutes his callers. Of course I am sure every radio show host does this anyway.
