well it took him 8 rounds for a variety of reasons. Vitali was cautious and rightfully so. He knew Sanders was trying to lure him into trading shots, so he could try and just land one big one and go from there, but Vitali was too smart for that, well too smart AFTER it happened the first time..... Plus, I mean, some guys just have chins. George Foreman even at 40 was never getting knocked down/out even though he was getting pummeled every round and just getting beat on, same with Ray Mercer.

So here's the question: What would YOU like to see more next. The better boxing match which would be Vitali vs. Byrd, or would you like to see Vitali avenge ANOTHER of Wlad's losses, and take on Brewster!?! Personally, I wouldn't mind either, but I don't really have much hope that either could beat Vitali. Vitali was kicking Byrd's ass pretty bad until he tore that ligament, and Brewster looked like shit in the Wlad fight until Wlad went into diabetic shock. Vitali is definately the more well rounded fighter. I think his offense might be a little more one-dimensional or just more simple then Wlad's, but Vitali knows his way around the boxing ring and knows how to react when he gets punched, plus he can take punches, he has a chin. WHATEVER HAPPENS........PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GAWD, do not put on, Vitali vs. Ruiz...... Vitali vs. Byrd or Vitali vs. Brewster NEXT~!

A's offense has just died the past few games. Pathetic. Zito has looked horrible in all his starts, but last night was just BAD. Redman takes the loss today and the A's look to salvage this series with a win tomorrow.

The first round is going to be telling. Will Sanders come out aggressive like he did against Wlad and suprise Vitali, or will he show Vitali more respect and be cautious at first? Well yeah, but the A's are also 95-100 game winners for the past few years, plus MLB attendance is up overall. I am just saying it takes A LOT to get folks to go to A's games consistently. I remember when I was a kid, they had $1 tickets everyday for kids 14 and under, and they used to have giveaways like A's Coolers and even the Pro Fit Caps which go for $20 at stores. Of course the A's sucked back then, but hey, that is still a big prize for a giveaway to 20,000 people.

That is one hell of a good price for 24 episodes. I think I am gonna have to do it.

We have dollar dog night at the dome Wednesdays has well. Is it every Wed. home game there, like it is here? It was EVERY WEDNESDAY GAME, up UNTIL this year. Now they kind of reduced it down a bit. The thing about Oakland is, it is a shitty town for a baseball team. The collesium is also in a shitty part of town, but the one thing thet Bay Area does have is people and LOTS of them so by default they get enough people out to the games. I guess attendance has been climbing up enough over the past few years that they were able to not have to do it EVERY WEDNESDAY anymore. The $1 hotdogs is the best part of the deal though, since food is the most overprices items at the ballpark.

LOL, fine with me. It kind of spread like wildfire already, but I think it is good that other use it, because it can save us all the trouble of a "who is yer favorite sports team" thread every other day.....

The A's have $2 ticket wednesdays and hot dogs are only $1 those days......the next one is in May against the bitch-ass Yankees.......hmm I may have to skip class. I mean the A's/Yanks games are always wild, and the price for tickets/food is pretty unbeatable.

The Rise & Fall of ECW should be interesting. I might have to buy it strictly for their "shoot"(lol) interviews with Heyman and the gang, because I have most of the commercial tapes(that I want) from their better years. Once a match and content listing come out, I will give a look-see.
