Yeah, I get that but the lawyers point still remained valid. Majority of officers in this situation are afforded an investiation before such a heavy punishment is dealt out. Whether or not the police chief was bowing under pressure remains to be seen. Just seems suspect to me.

Picked up the actual CD this week which comes with a bonus EP called "To be You and Me" which contains a few skip-overs but the money shot of the disc is the fast version of "Major Label Debut". Awesome track. Whomever lobbied for the slow version making the album is on the rock. I was listening to "It's all gonna break" this morning while opening at work and my boss walked in right during the opening line which is "When I was a kid/You fucked me in the ass". He cocked his head like he'd heard something weird but didn't say anything.

So Van Arsdale is out of the Horn fight @ UFC 56 which blows. Replacement is Trevor Prangley whom I haven't seen fight that much but probably isn't as good as Jeremy Horn.

Watched the replay last night because I missed it Monday. Luke is the by far the best character in the history of the show.
