What would that accomplish? It's not jealousy. The so-called hate is actually a MUTUAL hate for each other (such as Goldberg/HHH and Flair/Bischoff). I have no idea why it's so (Jericho's stiffness towards Chyna in late '99, then the resulting "He can't work" comments from HHH?), but it's there. As for people getting over without being pushed to the moon, there's more than just one worker on that roster who's done that, you know.
