  1. The release date is 59 days away. They'll get to everyone before said date.
  2. Correct. They only matter, when you match up teams (my 49ers against Choken's Bengals. If they ever match up in the NFL, WE'LL compete against each other).
  3. If anyone has any way to host a .mp3 file, AIM me. Here are some pics (directly off the DVD) -
  4. Since I'm a bit lazy, here's a proposition: If you have AIM, I could send a mp3 of Bischoff (at the Survivor Series) describing the rules of the Chamber. At that point in time, most of the rules were still unknown to the fans. I would also send over screenshots of the chamber itself. PM me if you want to go this route.
  5. Please attempt to bring your arguments above 6th grade equivalency, please. To say he didn't have "an ounce of talent" is a ridiculous argument, completely negated by the disturbing amount of money that Bill Goldberg drew in late 1998. I'd assume by your definition of "talent", that Kevin Nash DID have said talent to push the WWF to near-bankruptcy in 1995.
  6. Goldberg was a head booker for an entire wrestling company? Goldberg had his own stable of brown-nosers willing to stick up for him, while refusing jobs and using Goldberg's status as World champion? Why, thank you for referring to wrestlezone.com for your news and rumors. Yet he jobbed to Steiner, Booker and VINCE FREAKING RUSSO so that they'd be perceived as World title threats - your claims are not only unfounded, but has a good chance of being fabricated(refused to sell moves?) to damage his reputation. Right, like the punctured ARTERY in his arm, when he punched through a limosouine window for a STORYLINE. One founded example and that's of the same man (Triple H) who has been talking down about Goldberg, even though Bill has done TRIPLE the business than HHH as a face champion. Demanding money because he's already a ready-made star is BAD, right? Pay any dues? What is this, being a comedian? Fuck, if an agent or trainer sees SOMETHING in you, fuck training in the Power Plant or OVW, you're coming up RIGHT NOW. It's happened with countless guys over the last decade.
  7. This post is not intended to prove that I'm above HBK's comments towards me, but I will basically say that he never understood my comments in that last thread about his last ticket - so with that, I stockpiled his own CONFESSIONS on being a bad driver, yet I'M to blame? See you in a couple days, HBK.
  8. Not really and yes. Actually, it's yes (Nunzio) and yes (that defense was July 3rd).
  9. (How will/should) they explain this angle to the American audience?
  10. Freshmen year of college. September 29th. I've got a full month to be the laziest human being alive...
  11. Alan Funk rings a bell... Lodi?
  12. I'm struggling to remember most of those "trophies", but I DO know they included Juventud's mask & Rey's kneebrace.
  13. Notable omissions: --The Awesomebomb from inside the ring - to a table lying on the outside of the ring (WWF, summer 2001) --The Duds catapulting him from the inside of the ring - to a table lying on the ramp on the outside of the ring (WWF, summer 2001 - also featured on the "My Sacrifice" videos of old)
  14. Take it to the "Great Tape Deals" thread, dammit! Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but would you want to set-up a trade soon? PM me if interested.
  15. I'd say you're REALLY low-balling that rating, but I figure your rating is compared to stuff outside of the U.S., right?
  16. The answer is quite simple - A-Train Brand: Smackdown Height: 6'7" Weight: 350lbs Hometown: Boston, Massachusetts Finishing Move: The Train Wreck Other Aliases: Prince Albert A University of Pittsburgh graduate and former San Diego Charger (real name: Michael Bloom), A-Train first broke into the WWE under the name of Prince Albert. Since his initial pairing with fallen superstar Darren Drozdoff, however, Train has seen several directional changes and character reinventions with mixed success. Various Tag Team combinations (with Test and Big Show most notably) make up the majority of his career but it's his recent turn as a Smackdown lackey for Vince McMahon that's earned him some much needed attention. In fact, his manhandling of Vince's daughter Stephanie on UPN programming in addition to his feud with the Undertaker has gone a long way towards getting Train over as a successful heel. He's definitely a guy to watch in the last fourth of the year. Want to see A-Train in action? Click on the media page below to check out the latest screenshots and movies taken directly from Albert's match with Stephanie McMahon! We'll be back again tomorrow with another superstar of the WWE!
  17. -------------------------------------------------------------------- RAW -------------------------------------------------------------------- WORLD TITLE: Elimination Chamber - HHH © v. Bill Goldberg v. Kevin Nash v. Chris Jericho v. Shawn Michaels v. Randy Orton. PREDICTION: *** Letting loose Goldberg in the Chamber LAST, will have the crowd dying for him to enter. The good workers (Jericho, HHH, HBK) will hide Nash's weaknesses by brawling, while Y2J and HBK will shine in their individual match-ups. Orton will make good fodder for dismemberment by Goldberg. Time: 36 minutes. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Kane v. Rob Van Dam PREDICTION: **1/2 A motivated Kane + RVD willing to bump his ass off for his friend = a sweet brawl. Time: 13 minutes. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Eric Bischoff v. Shane McMahon PREDICTION:- No Rating/DUD Shane's bumps only matter when he's working with a trained WRESTLER. Eric Bischoff? Not a trained WRESTLER. Time: 12 minutes. -------------------------------------------------------------------- WORLD TAG TEAM TITLES: La Resistance © v. Dudley Boys PREDICTION: * The less Grenier in the ring, the better. Good heat for this match, but the Dudleys are past their usefulness on the RAW brand. Time: 5 minutes. -------------------------------------------------------------------- SMACKDOWN! -------------------------------------------------------------------- WWE TITLE: Kurt Angle © v. Brock Lesnar PREDICTION: ****1/2 With a healthy Angle AND Lesnar, this will rock the house - PLUS, the emotion for this match will be THAT much better with Brock playing the heel. Time: 22 minutes. -------------------------------------------------------------------- UNITED STATES TITLE: Eddie Guerrero © v. Chris Benoit v. Rhyno v. Tajiri PREDICTION: ****1/4 You already know what Benoit/Eddie can do here. Tajiri will only bring the AWESOME~! to compliment the two, while Rhyno will be there to kill any dead spots that Benoit/Eddie/Tajiri might have. Time: 16 minutes. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Undertaker v. A-Train PREDICTION: ** It's the Wrestlemania match without a second heel. Time: 13 minutes. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Zack Gowen v. Matt Hardy PREDICTION: * Short and inoffensive, but the shoddy booking and Gowen's struggling face persona, will not allow Matt to play the proper heel role in this match (HINT: Vince already played this role last month). Time: 8 minutes. --------------------------------------------------------------------
  18. If you have WinDVD 3/4, PM me.
  19. Yes, you would be correct. HHH (playing a tweener in this match) jobs cleanly to a Rock Bottom.
  20. I have it. Storm/Christian vs. Rey/Kidman proves why the Canadians made for great champions. Edge/Jericho is pretty darn good, also. Brock/HHH/Rock is a fun main event, with a funny "post-show aftermath" (an extra on the DVD), but it's slowed down considerably when you take HHH's injuries and Brock's inexperience into account. EDIT: Noble/Hurricane is your typical Noble match, but mostly forgettable here. EXTRAS: Tour Recap --Angle, Christian and Storm at the zoo --Kidman, Torrie and Cole shopping --Noble and Nidia surfing. The Aftermath (involving Lesnar, HHH, Rock and Paul Heyman) The Rock after the Triple Threat Match. Matches from Sydney, Australia (March 6th, 1986) --The Rougeaus v. The Moondogs. --Don Muraco & Mr. Fuji v. S.D. Jones and King Tonga (Haku/Meng). --Andre v. Big John Studd. I'd put a good recommendation on the DVD.

With twenty teams - man, are the rosters going to SUCK, or what? Raza, just let us know when you've set the Draft Order. ::prays for 10/11/12 position::
  22. So? They'll rectify that by putting HHH over every heel on the brand. Take last year for example - on a SD!-brand show in a match against Billy Gunn (with Palumbo and Rico on the outside), he defeated Gunn cleanly, then took out Chuck and Rico with seperate Pedigrees. The only time he jobbed as a face last spring/summer, was to an even BIGGER face - one that was FIFTEEN YEARS older than him, and a top-tier character that didn't need the job, unlike every HEEL during that time: I would've loved to see HHH's reaction, if the writers booked HIM to job to Lesnar on a Smackdown! show, back when Brock had no heat.
  23. Well, I DID get a kick out of watching the match, but even I can admit it sucked the dreaded meat missile.
  24. HHH promoted Bad Blood on Kimmel. He doesn't have the natural charisma that someone like Big Show has. That particular show became a joke in itself, when they brought in the 4-year old to do swantons on Kimmel - HHH didn't even try to interject himself into that segment (like how TBS gets in it with Conan's guests).
  25. Horatio Sanz.
