Except after T.O. said the thing about the Eagles being better if Favre was their QB there was a player only meeting while T.O. wasn't present where Donovan said "You're either with me or you're against me. I just want to know where everybody stands.". Donovan clearly drew a line in the sand at that point. nobody is to blame for T.O.'s suspension and deactivation except for T.O. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ...and you're think they were going to ditch him as a teammate after that? That's ridiculous. What would happen when he came back from the four-game suspension? McNabb would look like the biggest pussy in the world if he didn't throw to Owens. Come back to us in three weeks and see what McNabb is doing: getting his ass sacked onto the disabled list because his receivers suck and that he wasn't the bigger man about confronting TO with the rest of the team like he SHOULD'VE done.
-
Owens, McNabb and a whole host of other Eagles have a work ethic and resiliency that makes Hugh Douglas look like a little bitch. Just because he's allowed in the locker room doesn't mean that he should be able to be a "locker room leader" and be allowed to stir the pot and fuck the team up. Owens seemed fine with playing for the team despite all of his gripes, and the Eagles felt the same way.
-
That's a bitch move by Douglas, especially when there's already unrest in the air about what Owens had said that week. And Hugh Douglas talking about anyone else faking and milking injuries is rich.
-
Then what the hell do you call the last nine weeks?
-
Even if I gave you examples of why all of three are true (except for the actual release of Torrie), would you listen?

If you can catch it, you can have it. ...and according to the USDA, it's cool to bring a mongoose into the continental U.S. How are they cool with ENDANGERED SPECIES being dicked around with?

That was Cornette...and he was talking about Matt Morgan.

This happened to Ben Sheets (a pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers) in late August. He, at least, missed the last six weeks of the season. Then again, you can make your Brewers physician jokes here. Anyway, Sheets, missed the last six weeks of the season.

From the Observer site... That should be a hot segment.

HBK, Big Show, Kane, Carlito and Edge (maybe) v. Batista, Eddie, JBL, Lashley and Rey. A little one-sided, don't you think?

You know, everyone that Terrell hated in the Niner locker room and coaching staff is gone; not to mention, the team is young and desperately needs a #1 receiver position that Lloyd can't fill. There's only a select handful of teams that TO would want for a quarterback-receiver situation (PIT, NE, ATL, KC) and NONE of those teams would want to lay a finger on him. Just saying.

Well, Trish, Conway and a few others didn't get a score posted yet, either.

"Black Friday" Listings by store. It's a constantly updated list.

Marvin Harrison, who scored TWENTY SEVEN POINTS last night, will agree with you. His scoring last night is equivalent to a running back going for 300+ yards.

Broad question: If you had to select one show (and for a broader range, three shows) to introduce a viewer to MMA, what would they be? My specific question: The last show that I watched was UFC 40. Since then, what shows would you recommend for pay-per-view quality fights? Anything MMA-related (Pride, UFC, ROTR/ICON) is acceptable for me. Keep in mind that I don't necessarily need to start with the shows directly after that.

I can imagine a press conference this week with Priest taking everything in stride and complete confidence, while Vermeil is absolutely bawling next to him.

A million dollars for the four remaining games on his contract isn't worth the headache he brings

I think they're going to turn Styles heel by default when Vince comes out to remind us that Coach did beat Austin by forfeit, thus nullifying the stipulation that Ross would be brought back.

I'm even going to get into explaining what the term "personal taste" means to UTSHU, because I'm sure he's going to come back at me with his newest female conquest to derail the thread, or how he's better than us because there are a limitless amount of college girls willing to hang around him because he can supply the alcohol. Honestly, I could give a flying fuck what Barron said. Personally, I think Johannson is attractive, but absolutely vanilla in every other possible way. But hey, what the fuck do I know? I have no room to criticize female celebrities! With that being said, I can also expect the following post to be UTSHU flamebaiting me until my brain bleeds. It's not as if he comes into every folder...in every thread....in EVERY POST HE MAKES... and does the exact same thing. Pushing the "ignore" button doesn't make you go away, so do us a favor when you're going to click on "Add Reply"... and just don't do it. With that, you accomplish three things: you save the admins the bandwidth, you save the other posters a headache, and you save yourself the embarrassment.

But c'mon, can't money buy everything, including a settlement? For a privately-financed company that exclusively takes donations to thrive, they're pretty hard-nosed about being confused with Titan in the first place.
-
Teams WILL be afraid to touch him, though. Unless you're hard up for receivers and already in the shitter in terms of team morale, it's a tough decision.
-
That is a ridiculous parlay. Good luck, iggy.

Who is Cruz place-holding center for?

Praise be to God for giving me the clarity not to bet on BC. Iggy, I didn't play risk/reward today, but I did go with a few sure-fires. Minnesota, Notre Dame, both Techs, Nevada and UCLA, all straight-up. I put in $7.15 to be cheap, but will rake in $71.46 if they hit. I have to put in more time next week to collect on the spread, but this is a good start. Yeah, I overheard the newscast that said that Brennan might not play tonight, but it was actually referring to his frustration to his performance, not an injury. Jones was willing to throw the game to get Greinke in there.
