Unless its a longer version or something, what's the point of re-releasing it? It was a bonus 'internet-exclusive' track from Anthology that most people didn't know existed. -
To get to the matter at hand, I shipped my fully-functional hard drive from Hawaii to Oregon for my sophomore year at college. When I received it, the first sound I hear when booting up is a large "beep"-ing noise that goes on repeatedly until I shut the tower off. Plugging it into the monitor, it receives "No Signal" from the monitor and keeps beeping. At first glance, it seems that I can fix it myself. The techie I called from the local repair shop said that he narrowed it down to the fact that the memory had accidentally been unplugged, but I did the usual "unplug - plug back in" method to no avail. Does anyone knowledgable in the hardware game know what my problem is? I have a few wires here that are unplugged (P4 and P8), but they have nowhere to be plugged in. I read on a few forums that it might be the RAM (?) crapping out on me, but I'm not sure what to believe. Should I just go in and have it messed with by the techie? How much would that usually cost? Any help would be appreciated.

It started with Garnett and ended with Olowakandi. I feel I drafted a sleeper team this year.

I think this weekend's collapse is equivalent to everything the Braves could've possibly done wrong in the past fourteen years.

How about Sheff's .071 heading into Game 7? As a Braves fan- I could've told you that was gonna happen. Ditto. Ohmygod. We really have turned into the Atlanta Braves. Cut your team salary in half and maybe we'll get back to you.

Well, you’ve seen their old house, which is painfully middle-class; it’s now Vito’s bachelor pad. I don’t think Bam qualifies as a “spoiled rich kid”, but to lump him together with his friends, a “dirty middle-class skater”. ...you think their old house was painfully middle class? That's a fucking mansion compared to the middle class homes in my town. If they're painfully middle class, then I'd hate to see what is lower-class in that area. More than likely, it'd be a house a little smaller than mine. In West Chester, Pennsylvania, I’d think that qualifies as middle class. I don’t get where the hate comes from. His focus has always been pissing off his parents in one way or another; now that they’ve been desensitized to the little pranks, especially since MTV is covering most of the losses, he’s gone to over-the-top stuff to try and aggravate them. Along the way, you still get to see old touches of the cKy stuff done to his friends (the entire Mardi Gras episode, the crabs, etc.). Otherwise, his family and friends have been in the game for SOOOO long that they aren’t easily surprised by what Bam can dream up. And the stuff is contrived? Umm, yeah, when have they not been? Most of the ideas dating back to cKy weren’t spur of the moment, just ideas that didn’t have the proper funding to launch itself into VLB-territory (ex: the chair slingshot) That’s because it was just a few contributors to a skating magazine putting together skits for their skating tapes. It ignited a cult following that led to a prominent timeslot on MTV and a feature motion picture. Thanks for the history lesson? Well, you asked why the cKy stuff was painfully cheap, as opposed to the stuff that MTV now organizes. They film EVERYTHING the family does, chooses any eventful situation, then edit it beyond all recourse to create an interesting show. That is the proper diagram with any reality show. I think the point was that MTV execs talk to Bam and plan out their stunts, and make sure everything they'll need (for safety and filming purposes) are obtained, and only the reactions from Bam's family and friends (the ones not in on it) are real. So it’s gone from “What if we did this?” to “What if we had the money to do this?” I don’t see the difference.

Meltzer's probably talking about how long it took Christy to get dressed. From my my guess, he's mentioning the inaugural Souled Out pay-per-view where it was full of shoddy production work and bad time mismanagement.

You summed up all of MY emotions in that post. Kudos.

What's that supposed to mean? If you didn't notice, I beat you last week.

I'd say yes, since the time between Survivor Series and Armageddon isn't quite enough to begin a new program.

Taboo Tuesday PPV interferes with the usual taping. bah Smackdown is usually in another state anyway. The problem is that they'd have to run two feeds to Titan, not the idea of the house show crowds ruining the TV taping or PPV show. That's an attempt to legitimize the competitiveness between the two brands.

Well, you’ve seen their old house, which is painfully middle-class; it’s now Vito’s bachelor pad. I don’t think Bam qualifies as a “spoiled rich kid”, but to lump him together with his friends, a “dirty middle-class skater”. It didn’t have to be “over the top” – it was insanely creative stuff, which teenagers and college students flocked to. I mean, just a few hours ago, my two roommates attempted to stuff me into a dryer at a Laundromat to incite a reaction out of the bystanders around us. That’s the contribution of CKY and the Big Brother crew – the idea of offending or catching people off-guard with random events or situations. Is the original content of CKY and Jackass dated now? Yes, but it’s great to look back at the “Self-Defense Test” and wonder why Johnny Knoxville agreed to subject himself to a tazer, stun-gun and pepper spray. ..and even then, the gross stuff from the CKY and Big Brother tapes were cut out of the MTV episodes to suit Viacom. Have you seen CKY2K and the prank with Dicamillo rubbing shit on Dunn’s face? OF COURSE it’s horrible in taste, but it was absolutely hilarious to imagine people like this subjecting friends and innocent bystanders to these pranks. That’s because it was just a few contributors to a skating magazine putting together skits for their skating tapes. It ignited a cult following that led to a prominent timeslot on MTV and a feature motion picture. They film EVERYTHING the family does, chooses any eventful situation, then edit it beyond all recourse to create an interesting show. That is the proper diagram with any reality show.

The problem is, to include Booker's theme on the CD, would be to sell it for a profit. THAT is illegal by the stipulations in the contract, which only allows use for the product to be indirectly used in a product that is being sold. -
They did their first FSN-exclusive show in July of 2003. IIRC, the ratings were VERY successful. Judging by what you're watching, it's a "Greatest Hits" show.

...and so far, you're in the 2nd biggest bowl...and he's nowhere in the bowl picture. Quit yer' whining.

I'd guess that Mercy Drive wouldn't accept an payment, seemingly since they haven't put out their own album yet. Chocolate Starfish was over a year old before the WWE used 'Rollin' on Forceable Entry, and even then it was a remix that Taker never used. They weren't allowed to use it on Volume Five (February 2001), two months after Undertaker debuted with the theme. -

...umm, because they don't own it? This is unlike the Motorhead themes, where they wrote and performed the songs as a favor to Trips and Jim Johnston.
