  1. Like I said about Fonzi, anyone who wanted to take Beulah or Fonzi could've taken them instead of leaving them on the board and hope they'd fall back to them. I held off from Beulah from the jump because I was going to let them fall to whoever had Dreamer but at this point, do I let her fall again and let someone else steal her because she wasn't picked up by whoever should've or do I pick her up because I always felt she was a great valet?
  2. To go with another venue to give my Texas-based promotion a foothold in the Valley, I take: Dodge Arena, Hidalgo, TX Now for my pick..I'm not going to choose an announcer since it really wasn't part of the whole process. I'm going with another valet that could play against either Francine or Fonzi. Beulah McGillicutty
  3. Its supposed to even out the playing field a bit. Most people online play at the two highest tiers of difficulty. If you're "my skill" is below your opponents, the game adjusts to your skill while it does the same for your opponent. Instead of having to play on All-Madden and get blasted you use "my skill" and stand a chance. ..atleast that's how I think it works from watching the Dev. video's at work all day. Edit: With everybody dropping out of the dynasty, I might as well just wrap it up after this one season, yeah?
  4. I'll add more when I can think of them, but the last bit of the Jeff Hardy / Undertaker ladder match. I --honestly-- thought Jeff was going to win..
  5. "Super" Mario Williams
  6. Anyone been to Fogo de Chao? I've been wanting to go for a while but I keep reading mixed reviews about how its either the greatest ever, or the service sucks the price for drinks is astronomical and depending on who's in the kitchen on what day depends on how good the food is.
  7. Meh, I forget when the 360 came out.. ..fact remains, I bought the PPV for Liger and stopped watching when they bitched him out against Joe. I'm sure there were tons of people that bought whatever PPV it was that Triple H came back to face Booker T on simply because it was Trips.
  8. So? Anyone else who had Taz / Sabu / RVD could've picked him..
  9. Third location is outside of Houston yet still in Texas. A decent venue that is host to TV tapings on a regular basis when the WWE comes thru Texas. Frank Erwin Center on the University of Texas campus, Austin, TX Now for my next manager, I was wanting to pick someone else to valet but I figure I need someone who can get on a mic and gain heat with my crowd. So for that I pick a man that is so god-damned fucking annoying you have no choice but to hate him: Bill Alphonso
  10. You really just cared about Liger only? No one else? Not even Somoa Joe or AJ Styles? And I might know what PPV your talking about. Was it Bound For Glory 2005, since that show had a Liger/Joe match on it? I couldn't think of any other TNA PPV that Liger was one, but I'm pretty sure he was on another one, since he was probably in the World X Cup. Honestly? Yeah. I ordered it because of Liger being on the card and when he promptly got bitched around by Joe I left the room the PPV was showing in and played my 360.
  11. Not to be an ass, but I ordered a TNA ppv once on the sole reason of Liger being on the card. I could give a fuck about the rest of the card, Liger being on it made it a buy. *shrug*
  12. Dunta Robinson -- CB
  13. The Coliseum wasn't that huge of a venue honestly..just large enough to hold a good sized card for tapings and the occasional rock show..it was never some huge building that could hold a super-card. I figure the Sam Houston could be used more so as a base and hold the weekly or bi-weekly show while The Summit would hold the super-card every other month.
  14. So I'm going with another manager..I think the people in the picture with her will show who she's managing to tag team gold. Leia Meow Now to hop on the 2nd venue bandwagon I'm going with the place I had flip-flopped between it and the Summit. Sam Houston Coliseum
  15. You fucking rat-fink bastard... you... god dammit! *goes back to drawing board*
  16. Don't feel bad Kamala, Leo would probably have the Super Bowl played on that god-awful Smurf Turf if he had it his way...
  17. I like how in the ESPN article, Artest basically says that while Yao's played with a ton of black guys, he'd be the first "nigga" Yao played with. Nice.
  18. You know, I never really pay attention to it on my way to work..but after reading this thread, I made point to look at the Bennigan's near Reliant today to see if it was closed or not.
  19. Its okay, I'm sure that when GSP loses to BJ..it'll be due to his father having another near-fatal illness.. his entire social life falling apart and English becoming the major language in French-Canada.
  20. No way! Football season is right around the corner man..we couldn't be any fuckin happier.
  21. So, I'm going to pick a manager this round. Francine Now, for the venue...ugh. It's pretty hard for me to choose as there are a few spots I'd pick for my promotion. The city has always supported wrestling when it comes thru be it WWF / ECW / WCW or any of the local promotions that have run in or near it. After a ton of thought put into it.. I've gone with: The Summit in Houston, TX (once home to various TV tapings, and noted for hosting the first Royal Rumble on PPV)
  22. Chris Harris looks like a fucking tool in that ring gear.
  23. winner/loser wristband?
  24. Ricky Ortiz looks too happy
  25. when did ECW get an Ohio State complex?
