So I got my Wii this morning at 8:15 am... ...I got to Circuit City at 6:45 pm on Saturday as by 6:30 there was already like, 20 people camped infront of the BestBuy... which, from what I later learned, the line had started at 3 pm with a few people bringing tents.

From what I was told at BestBuy (I know, not WalMart)... The ticket thing is that an hour or two before the store opens, a few guys will hand out a ticket to those in line. Pretty much everyone who gets a ticket will be guaranteed a Wii once the store opens. I know that for BestBuy, they'll be setting up tables as you enter the store with the system, games, accessories and the like so that people don't have to mad dash to the game area to pick up the merchandise.

Well, I wanted to post this in a "comments that don't warrant a thread" but I guess there isn't one..so here's my stupid question: What's the deal with the (+3.5) and all that. I know it's referring to the spread, but for aslong as I've watched sports and followed 'em, I've never picked up on the whole spread betting idea and what the (+3.5) means when picking one team or the other. Yeah, so eh.. sorry for clogging up the thread with a crap question Leena..

Quick question for everyone with a Wii... For the VC games, do you have to have the points card to purchase the games or can you simply buy points ala XBL and then download the games onto the Wii?

...this is the funniest fucking thread going on this forum. Seriously, I'm glad I just post here and there .. not getting involved with everyone's "e-hate" of people here.

So I actually plan on going out and camping the night before for a Wii... I figure going to see the new Will Smith joint then heading to Best Buy by 2 am should give me a chance to get a Wii this Sunday. Any games I should pick up besides Zelda? I've heard that CoD is iffy and I'm not too in to the niche games like Trauma Center to plunk down money for it...

Yeah, but how long can TNA keep taking WWE hand-me downs and be a "fresh, vibrant" promotion? Sure, it'd be great to get Rob in there for a short period of time, but in the long run does it really benefit TNA? I read somewhere on here that TNA has like, 4 years left with their NWA alliance? Shouldn't they be spending these 4 years trying to get a better working agreement with ROH or CZW or any other "up and coming" promotion to try and provide a real alternative towards WWE?

This is all fuckin hilarious. I'm glad I keep low and don't bother to get caught up in everyone's gimmicked attitude and "status" on a message board.

Now I know I haven't been paying too much attention to the NBA this season (living in Brownsville, the local FSN winds up showing more Spurs/Mavs games than Rockets...) .. but when did Houston make this surge to a Top 10 power team in the league? Usually we (like the Astros) tend to suck it up in the first half of the season under Van Gundy then make this late season run...
