  1. I'll most likely be moving to California in August, but Berkeley is pretty far from there I think.
  2. I think it's hilarious that in Coral's last interview, she blamed her entire poor performance on being bitten by a spider. It's obvious she was hurting bad before that, and she probably got bit while she was lying on the ground being a whiny bitch. Coral is the worst cast member in the history of ANY Real World, in my opinion. I've never seen someone talk so much shit about the dumbest things on any of the other shows, and in the case of the Gauntlet, she talked more shit than just about any other competetitor and embarrassed herself in such a way that it will be hard to top. If anyone ever got what they deserved, it's her.
  3. Why wouldn't that go over well? Hell, those either seem like bird courses, if they're even real subjects at all. Teaching Apprenticeship? EDIT: I'm in high school. I have two exams on Friday and two on Monday, for my senior year and I can't fuck it up or I won't get accepted into U of T, which has pretty high standards. Yay. Actually, they are all 400 level courses. Nutrition and Disease was the hardest class I've taken at Cornell. More medical terms than I knew what to do with, with an MD professor who talked over everyone's head. Empirical research was an easy A, but to get it I had to clone a DNA library from tissue mRNA and grow cell lines. Teaching apprenticeship was tough. I taught a class as an undergraduate TA. I had to grade twenty 15 page papers, write exam questions, prepare for and teach a 60 minute section each week, and some other stuff. And Mole, I'm Nutritional Biochemistry. I do just about the same stuff as he would.
  4. I know this won't go over well... Nutrition and Disease: A Methods in Nutritional Sciences: A- Teaching Apprenticeship: A Empirical Research: A 3.94 And now the free flights to get whooed by grad schools begins.
  5. ESPN.com Jayson Stark says in his latest column that Pudge's three options are Tigers, go back to Marlins after May 1, retire. And a very real scenario is sign with a club just to get traded back to the Marlins.
  6. "At least we advanced." Just prolonged the Philly agony another week.
  7. For what it's worth, I thought Along Came Polly was pretty decent.
  8. Good movie, will definitely be buying it. Does it deserve an OAO thread, however?
  9. You have officially made yourself a moron now and forever in the sports forum. Way to go, tough guy. "We may be assholes but at least we advanced." And Wilbon picked against the Eagles? Damn him, damn him straight to hell. He must be the worst columnist ever!! And the book he co-wrote with Barkley is two of the funniest people in sports getting together. You don't have a clue. Go back to the WWE folder, junior.
  10. She's in the trailer, plain as day. Twice, at least.
  11. Ben Stiller.
  12. And the same deal he had last year. Except there will be no winning or world title. He should have just stayed in Florida for 8 million a year, he was getting a multi-year deal. And in more good news for me, and bad news for all you Philly fans, ESPN.com is reporting that AJ Burnett is recovering way ahead of schedule and will be ready to start throwing normal for...SPRING TRAINING. Back in the rotation perhaps for opening day. You know that Philadelphia sports teams are doomed to never win anything.
  13. Not to mention Vince Vaughn. Don't know if he's on your favorite list, but I think he's great at playing the "Double-down Trent" character, which he loosely plays in every movie, but it still works. Will Ferrell has a cameo as well.
  14. Owen Wilson is my favorite actor, has been ever since Bottle Rocket. I have been waiting for this movie for over a year. I am pleased.
  15. Well, the last Road Rules had Darnell (??), a very, very fat man who complained about everything, and made every issue about his weight.
  16. It's two completely separate things Mole. Robin was raped in the past, and she said it was by a black man. She said that's why it's alright for her to use the N word, and I personally think she's still a moron. The rape that occurred at the house was by a noncast member to another noncastmember, done in the bathroom, where there are no cameras. I wonder if they will even mention it.
  17. I was not aware of the fact that they do not have scripted dialogue and it's all improv by the actors until watching the Costas video. Makes it all the more enjoyable knowing these people are knocking it out of the park on their own. Larry's favorite example of being surprised by improv was Krazy Eyes Killah, who made up nearly all of the hilarious stuff he said without Larry knowing about it.
  18. Just watched the one hour special for the first time, helped me to understand the whole stepfather incident when trying to pitch the Are you Evelyn show to HBO and why he stole Larry's shrimp. Also watched the half hour interview with Costas. Very funny, worth every penny of the 29.99 I paid for it, and still haven't gotten to rewatch the episodes yet.
  19. not so sure about that.
  20. I got it. Haven't watched it yet, but looking forward to getting into it shortly. Never saw the hour special that started the series, so looking forward to that, as well as the half hour interview of Larry with Bob Costas.
  21. kinda looks like our school track!
  22. Don't mind him, he's not the brightest bulb in the pack.
  23. Dan Marino was a hot topic in my house for Christmas, as I got a pair of Isotoner gloves. I have nothing else to add.

    Clemens

So much for the whole world series DVD. Half is about the Marlins title, the other half Clemens last year. The show the standing ovation Florida and its fans gave him after he came out in Game 4 and the DVD even starts out with Clemens driving to his "final" training camp. Gotta love these things.
  25. The quality isn't the best. I dled Beckett's 3 hitter in Game 5 of the NLCS right after it happened and I don't like the quality too much.
