No; Ross, Heenan and Savage were the announcers at KotR 1993. That is actually what I thought but I think someone mentioned Lawler laughing out loud at the first WWF King of the Ring and I thought that was weird but I knew he did not leave the announcer booth to attack Bret Hart at the end so I thought it was weird but it is good that you cleared that up and I did think it was Heenan, Jim Ross and Savage.
