I guess the next firmware update will fix PS3s upscaling of DVDs.

The best episode of the season. Since they finally got the Stamford thing over with, merging and what not, we can finally focus on the Office itself. As much as I like season long storylines in dramas, I like my comedies to be more centric (if that is the right word).

At one point, I had 100% feedback. I bought tickers for a Pats game, that I thought was in New England, but turned out was in Buffalo. The guy had it: Bills vs Pats Usually the bottom team is the home team, so I just figured it was in New England. But like I said, I was wrong. So I asked the guy if I could get a refund and he said no, so I called him a cunt or something like that. I then gave him neutral feedback, stating I got the item but wouldn't issue me a refund. He then left me negative feedback stating: "Buyer ordered tickets to wrong game. Wants me to refund. Became hostile." Huh? HE GOT THE MONEY, was there a need for the negative feedback? No. He could have just given me neutral or none at all. Now I have negative one feedback and no longer at 100%. Feedback is very important, I don't know why you don't think it is.

Feedback is a huge deal as helps when you are selling the item. When I am buying something, I look at their feedback number. If it is high, I tend to buy from them more because I trust them more. I don't look to see if they got the feedback from buying or selling, just that it's high. I am sure a lot other people do the same thing. So if I have a higher feedback number, maybe someone is more likely to buy from me. When you have a site that is all about trusting someone you have never met, feedback is very important.

See, there is some lack of knowledge right there, no offense. But it only upconverts through HDMI, not component. And the PS3, which has the BR player, doesn't upconvert. And the 360 only upconverts when it is connected through VGA. But when the 360 add-on is hooked up via VGA, it doesn't look as good (so I am told.) The way I look at it is that the only people who will buy BR or HDDVD in the next 1-3 years, are ones who are somewhat tech savy. But once more people get HDTVs in their house, then it will also increase.

Which trades have backfired? And even though I'm not a huge fan of getting rid of Manny, if they get the pitching they need to replace him, then I'll be for it. Plus, I don't want a player that is going to quit on me down the line. Say what you will about A-Rod, I've never seen him give up. Atleast the guy tries all year long. And the BoSox will always have fans, no matter what. Even though they weren't in the race at the end of last year, I still watched them whenver I could (Being in NY, it is hard). The BoSox have some of the most hardcore fans out there. They just happen to be the toughest to please.

Oh, so it was just like every other attempt at comedy by the WWE. To be fair, some of the Austin/Angle stuff from a few years ago was pretty funny.

Has WWE said anything about this? I would think this would something they should talk about becasue it is kind of big. Was any wreslter in the 100 sexiest men year list? I think the Rock was, but that might have been after he was done wrestling.

I understand that, but it's painfully obvious with most PBPs, IP or not. The mods shouldn't say they don't tolerate PBPs if they do- just change the rule. I believe you are talking about Choken, but I actually don't see the similarities. Besides, if there isn't ANY PROOF, we can't just ban them.

For X-Mas, I am doing most of my shopping on eBay since I find it to be cheaper and the one site where one can find everything. I have about 10 things that I am waiting to get shipped to me. Most of them are Buy it Now and the rest are auctions that I paid right away. Now none of these people have left me any feeback and won't until I leave them some. I don't understand why they wait until I leave it first. I bought from them and once I pay, they should say so. If I am selling something and they pay me, I leave them feedback ASAP. It just pisses me off.

No way. Poker is HUGE. Everybody . . . and I mean everybody at my work plays it, follows it, and talks about it. It's not going anywhere . . . yet. Ratings are down everywhere. The Main Event did alright this year, but not as well as the past few years.

The BoSox were also looking towards the future with Crisp. Yes, Damon is good now bout maybe he won't be as good in 4 years during the last year of his contract. That is the same exact reason they didn't resign Pedro. Yes, he would have been good for the first year of his contract, but what about after that? Well they made a good move because he got hurt. I don't know enough about Drew to say anything, seeing how I don't get to watch very many Dodger games. But he won't be able to fill Manny's shoes, which I believe they want him to do.

My girlfriend has the 2GB iPod Nano and when I hook it up to either my computer or hers, you can't play the songs from the iPod through the computer. I know there is some read only setting somewhere, but I can't find it. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, RPGs aren't my thing so I have no reason for it. I'll get a PS3 when it's around $250 so I can have a cheap Blu-Ray player.

That is the whole thing about the PS3 I don't get, you can get the same exact stuff on the 360 and it's cheaper. Plus, there are over 100 games now.

No I didn't tell her to get one as she has no need for it. She barely ever watches something more than once and her kids are the only ones who watch DVDs. And there are about 5 family movies on HDDVD so far, so it would be a waste of money for her. I was explaining HDDVD to her so she could get me some for X-Mas. She didn't understand why she couldn't just get me DVDs and got confused.

I don't even see that as nitpicking because it does look bad. I was at the doctors today and they have a 42" LCD so people can watch TV while they wait. And of course the image is streched to fit the whole TV. I asked if they could change it to 736(ESPN HD) and they said they don't have the HD box. However, they do have a digital cable box. And the HD box is the same price as a regular digital cable box is, plus HD is free. So why don't they use the TV for what it should be used as. I just don't get it. You're right, it is kind of dumb, but you do realize you're probably the only single person that's noticed or mentioned it either, right? Yeah, I am probably the only one, which makes it really sad. There aren't going to be anymore HD channels because the public isn't educated on it at all. My sister is getting an HDTV but I'm going to have to do everything for her. She doesn't understand anything. I tried to explain to her the difference between HDDVD/Blu-Ray/DVD and she had no idea.

I have Cablevision and I don't have to pay extra for HD. I only have to pay the $5.00 extra for the box. I have FSNNY and MSG in HD and I barely see anything in HD. Only about 1/3 of the Knick games are in HD and a 1/3 of the Ranger games are in HD. It's bullshit. And MyNetwork is in HD and the only shows they have in HD are the stupid soap operas they have on everynight. And INHD/INHD2 both blow with nothing ever good on them. Atleast HDNet has good movies. They should use some of that bandwith for ESPN2HD. I'd LOVE to have DiscoveryHD and NFL Network HD, but we don't even have NFL Network so I doubt we'll get it in HD anytime soon. Whatever, since it is free, beggers can't be choosers.
