Hmm I'm really thinking about sending my copy back. It'll arrive tomorrow and I'm not sure I even want to play it now - £29.99 could go towards like 3 other games from last year that are selling cheap. The saving grace would be the ability to transfer the Legends to SDvRaw - any news on that, or is it just one way traffic?

Well, I haven't heard of half of the stuff on this list as its all US release only stuff. I think what you should have done is had 4 genres, then had a 4 genre battle in the first few rounds with the winner going into the last rounds to battle it. Rock/Metal Rap/RnB Pop Indie That way you've covered all bases fairly, you can crown a winner for each genre in the 90s and so on.

Have to agree with this, there are a tone of songs in there I've never heard of before or were only hits in America. Alice In Chains, Metallica (Hello Black Album and success), RATM, NIN, MANSON could have been in there instead of the 13 Dawson's Creek soundtrack selections which all sound the same anyway. Be interesting to look back at the nominations to see which ones were actually selected and which songs were placed into the tree out of no where.

It's because the "importing" isn't really importing at all. All of the SDvRAW characters are on the LOWM disc itself. You just need a SDvRAW gamesave to unlock them.. or "import" them as THQ has been saying. I think the reason it's done is because there'd probably be royalties, etc. to be paid out of any of these guys were being put into a new game that was developed after their release. Very sneaky and disappointing. I guess this means it'll only be a one way 'import' SDvRaw to LoW and no LoW to SDvRaw which means we'll STILL have to create our own legends... ergh.

The line of fire issue is a total joke - both ways. She'll either stand and take a round into the face, or stand behind you and put a round of your own sweet precious ammo into the back of your head. I agree with the plot and its 'twists' all of them were predictable, almost as predictable as 'twists' in an episode of 24. They were pretty cliché. The collectibles is a nice touch and DOES have me playing through the game again to unlock them all. However, having finished the game I'm still not sure how well a multiplayer game would work on this game engine. If MGO online frustrated me with its stop/start shoot mechanics, RE5 is going to drive me up the fucking wall.
