The WKO 100 is Finally in!
Obi Chris Kenobi replied to Dr Funkenstein PhD's topic in General Wrestling
I see you're going to be difficult to have a discussion with. So I I think I'll leave you and your list alone, have fun with that -

The WKO 100 is Finally in!
Obi Chris Kenobi replied to Dr Funkenstein PhD's topic in General Wrestling
So, this was done on purely 'kayfabe' basis? So if you won a match it was more in your favor then the guy who might have carried you to that win? These lists always confuse me, as what makes them an 'expert elite panel of judges'? Opinions are opinions no matter how great, or small, your reputation is. -

Comments that don't warrant a thread
Obi Chris Kenobi replied to {''({o..o})''}'s topic in Video Games
I wish the general populous of GameFAQs had their internet disabled and their computers taken away from them. That place is a horrible, horrible place to visit to try and get any form of common sense or worthwhile discussion from. -
No, I suddenly feel really boring and mundane. I once had an EEG but that's it.

Is it wrong that Matt Hammil reminds me of the Greased Naked Deaf Guy from Family Guy? Obviously, I'd never say that to his face cos he'd kick the shit out of me, but still...

Death At A Funeral: American Edition
Obi Chris Kenobi replied to LivingLegendGaryColeman's topic in Television & Film
Yeah that's more accurate and if I'm honest, I was actually thinking about Mel Gibson and he's not even American. -
I haven't seen the show, but how wide of the mark was I with this post back in May 08 about what I thought the show would be?

Back to my original argument about this program before it aired. If this wasn't Joss Whedon would you still be behind it at this point?

Death At A Funeral: American Edition
Obi Chris Kenobi replied to LivingLegendGaryColeman's topic in Television & Film
It's a US thing where they need to assimilate all culture and history and adapt it so they can claim it as their own. -
Common as much is the saying, I guess they could trim it down to 'common' but it doesn't have the same ring. Back to the topic; I'm sorry she has the cancer and everything, its not a nice thing to have (my Nana is going through a cancer battle at the moment), but the way the media is harping on about it every hour is beyond a joke. The whole thing doesn't seem very 'tasteful' at all. Yes, she has raised awareness for young people and cervical cancer, which is good. Yet, because of who she is and what she's 'famous' for - constant media whoring and gaining 'fame' through Big Brother - I think most people are generally just fed up of seeing her. I think if she had any other illness/diseases besides cancer, people would be all over her and taking the piss. But since its the dreaded 'C' people think its a touchy subject. This is why she's famous: Then asking 'Can you see my Kebab?' Classy huh?

CDs and DVDs should be kept in the WWE Folder and people should have the guts to create a new thread to discuss each release rather then lumping it in the ever increasing DVD Release thread.

Its been almost 2 years 6 months since Kurt Angle joined TNA. At the time it was one of the biggest things to have happened in wrestling for a long time for me. I remember me and my mate avoiding all internet rumors about who TNA had signed, so when we saw it live we were totally stunned. We didn't believe it first, but then it sunk in and we thought 'this is it'. This is the moment TNA needed to take them to the next level. Looking back... the signing of Kurt Angle didn't do anything. I know I shouldn't have been surprised. Sting didn't do anything, the other legends didn't do much either, but this was Kurt Angle. He's a current modern Superstar, who should have really gave TNA a catalyst, but no...

Edge v John Cena series was pretty good, it was actually the year I started to like Cena, due to all the work he did with Edge. Can't remember the year, thought it was 2007, I'll check back.

My new mission in life is to figure out exactly what this means. Guess its a UK saying, just means someones basically a trampy hobo peasant street urchin low life.

Bobby Lashley makes MMA debut on December 13th...
Obi Chris Kenobi replied to Lt. Al Giardello's topic in Mixed Martial Arts
He seemed a bit wreckless with his shoot. Side note: Lashley can drop and gain weight like no one else. -
That's kinda odd cause New Jack is extremely funny and a lot of time just acts silly. I can't really see him saying "I'm better than this" and not wanting to do it anymore. That sucks for Shark Boy and I wish the best for him. I met him once and he seemed like a pretty nice guy. Hopefully a lot of promoters step up and book the guy so can start rebuilding. and of course I can't find Shark Jack videos on Youtube. I'd love to see those skits again. I've got the TNA's on disk (thanks torrent sites) so I'll see what I can use to capture those parts and upload them to youtube.

	I didn't see it either, don't worry.

Not sure if you guys have been hammered with the media coverage we get in the UK about this, but its starting to annoy me. Jade Goody, 'famous' for being a thick common as muck housemate in a Big Brother a few years ago. Then invited back into Big Brother for 'Celebrity' Big Brother where she said some questionable boarder line racist comments and bullied an Indian housemate. THEN when in the INDIAN Big Brother House found out she had Cervical Cancer. Ever since then she's been in the papers and the news channels every other hour with an update. I don't overly blame Jade Goody for this, I blame Media Mincer Max Clifford, who's a scandalous twatbags. However, her constant media whoring - or should I say Max Clifford appearing releasing updates - is starting to get on my tits. You'd think she was the only person in the world with cancer. Fair play she wants to increase awareness about Cervical Cancer, and has done so to some degree, but the constant attention around her is distracting from the message.

Yeah, there's one called Clay who seems to be an old Vietnam War vet or something. You can phone him up and he'll come and drop a bike for you, which is a nice touch. Likewise there's a guy called Terry who'll drive a weapons van to where you are to buy weapons. Also during a tough mission you can call your biker mates for back up and they'll help you out during the mission. They get tougher the more missions they do, upgrading their health and weapons along the way, so its worth while keeping them alive.

So have they actually done anything with this Matt Hardy heel turn yet? I haven't noticed any real promo, explanation or change in his demeanor other then he looks a little 'smug' coming down the ramp way. So far it just looks like he's fed up of his Brother being a junkie and hogging the spotlight. At least he didn't do a lame 'I deed eet for da Rock' speech or anything.

I've really enjoyed The Lost & Damned DLC so far. I think I'm about 3/4 through it with around 5 hours gameplay clocked up so far. The bikes play great now, and handle a lot better - though at times it feels like they artificially stick to the roads when you crash into some objects. The storyline interweaves nicely with the main story, with little nods and 'aah' moments to tie it in. At times its actually more enjoyable to be a Jewish Biker then it was to be a Baltic Bore.

Love the contrasting posts. You won and its two lines, you lost and its a paragraph of hate. That's why I love football haha

My stepdad had a Winnie the Pooh book, it had no dust cover, just a plain sandy coloured hardcover. I'm pretty sure there was a swastika engraved on the top of the spine.
