Brock vs. Cena (*1/2, too much inexperience even though Brock has had some big matches he never was the experienced one I think they will get nervous together)

SD Tag Titles (***3/4) Team Angle is gonna win

RAW Tag Titles (**1/2) The Duds are gettng the Belts

Women's Title (***) Does it matter? Really?

Big Show vs. Mysterio (*) Mysterio just to continue booking Show weak

Rikishi vs. O'Haire (**) O'haire after Piper's Aid

 

All in all IMO not a bad show. Still debating if I wanna order it or buy a couple DVDs. I'm probably gonna go with the DVDs and wait for this to hit DVD.

Goldberg sucks, and Rock sucks, so that match will suck.

 

Brock sucks, and Cena sucks, so that match will suck.

 

Team Angle is eh, and Guerreros are good, so that should be fine.

 

Women suck.

 

I like most of the people in the Raw Tag Title match, but they are all part of a crap team, so that should suck.

 

The Kliq match will suck because Jericho + Booker + HBK - (Nash + HHH + Flair) = like -12.

 

Mysterio (Good, small, losing) vs. Show (Bad, big, winning) will suck.

 

And then of course there's OHaire (sucks) vs. Rikishi (sucks) + Piper (sucks) and Snuka (sucks)

 

 

 

That's a lotta suck man.

Well since I'm the only person on the boards who seems to be going, I'l just post saying I don't have my hopes up. I'm leaving around 2 or so...hopefully meet some guys before the show. I've got some stuff to do before I go, so that's why I figured I'd quickly post.

Goldberg vs. The Rock (**) - Rock will carry this thing on back, so it can't be THAT bad.

 

WWE Championship

-Brock Lesnar © vs. John Cena (**1/2) - Their SD match was okayish, but not the type to be a title match on PPV. I'm interested to see what they can do.

 

Six-Man Tag Team Match (***) - Should be ok. WWF Multi-man tags are usually good and there's some good workers in here.

 

WWE SmackDown! Tag Team Championship

-Shelton Benjamin and Charle Haas © vs. Eddie and Chavo Guerrero (***1/2) - No reason for this to not be MOTN. All 4 are good workers and have proven to work well together on SD.

 

WWE World Tag Team Championship

-Rob Van Dam and Kane © vs. The Dudley Boyz (**). 4 years ago this would have been stellar but now no one is motivated.

 

WWE Women's Championship

-Trish Stratus © vs. Jazz (*1/2) - The usual for women's matches on PPV: Short and watchable.

 

-Rikishi vs. Sean O'Haire With Rowdy Roddy Piper (1/2*) - Ugh. Rikishi sucks a lot, more than someone like O'Haire can cover up.

 

-Rey Mysterio vs. Big Show (*) - I don't think Rey's had a BAD match since knee surgery, but I'm sure Show'll be trying pretty hard to break that streak.

 

If this card added Benoit/Hurricane cross-promotionial match or something for a blowaway **** match, it would definately be ok, but as it is now, it's a couple of watchable matches with what I'm sure will be with no heat. The fact that I keep forgetting the PPV is tonight is sad. I've got work, so I'm missing it, but I really don't even care.

I'm going to eventually see it somehow, but I can't justify missing two hockey games for a sure to be lackluster PPV.

 

The only matches that I'm really looking forward to are Team Angle v. Los Guerreros and Brock v. Cena

Only way I am even gonna bother watching this is if I can watch it on the 'net, if I can't do that, I'll wait until it comes out on DVD or something, because I am not paying $35 for this.
