Guest Choken One Posted July 25, 2003 Report Posted July 25, 2003 All right...we all have our friends, Neighbors, Spousals, Lovers that will complain that you listen to ONE specific band too much and it's annoying to them What is that Band for you and what has happened in those relationships because of that? Mine is LOA and My Wife points out I listen to it too much... I laugh because she listens to Country and Soft rock...

As far as affecting others, I had some nurses more than a little concerned over my emotional state.

Everything they've done has been maximum-capacity sickness and evil. Technical riffs from hell, crunchy oppressive chugs and metal riffs, solos galore, eastern scales, egyptian traditional instruments made from HUMAN BONE, perfect growling, interesting subject matter, drums that will make you shit, all backed up by a bass that fills in presence, and drives the guitarists. Great, awesome, incredible band.

I once chose to ditch my then-girlfriend in order to purchase 'Tallica concert tickets. Worked out beautifully as we broke up the next day (alternate reasons however the Metallica incident didn't help things) and she sunk into drug-depression. True story. M
