RVD

After in all likelyhood losing to Kane at the PPV, what's left to do with him? Enter the IC chase, continue to be bitch boy to everyone, what do you think?

EDIT: Just realized I wasted the 10,000 topic on this, sorry.

DOUBLE EDIT: And my 300th post, too.

Well we know he's losing for sure. They'll probably drop the feud after this. The Dudleys are likely to win the tag belts.

I'll say IC title, I like Christian and all, but the belt's boring right now.

I dunno he should just continue his Mel Gibson spoofing and run with that ball...

Next Week: Slaps on Rico's Blue Face Paint and Sacrifices himself for the Dudleys Cause...

Hey, guys, why are you all assuming the Rob will lose? I thnk he has an excellent chance this PPV! I mean, Kane's gotten the upper hand through out the whole feud. That means Rob will win the big blowoff, right?

::waits for laughter to die down::

Fine. He'll probably feud for the IC title. Or be in a random feud with Jericho.

I'm near positive they'll replace Booker as the "face who has a belt just for the hell of it and just makes random appearances and has no real place on PPV" and hold thte title for a while until Booker gets back and they'll probably do a face/face feud. RVD/Test, RVD/Christian, and RVD/Jericho will probabaly be the feuds for the next few months.

I think that RVD will beat Kane, but I do not think it will help him in any way.

Someone will help him win, more than likely Shane. The RVD/Kane match is nothing more than just a part of another feud, not a Kane/RVD feud.

TNA?????

I think that RVD would be a much better fit in TNA. I'd like to see Mr. Pay-Per-View take on The Phenomenal AJ Styles. I don't think TNA could screw that one up.

Thats is something to take into consideration. Where does KANE go after this? Do any of you really think they are pushing a Shane PPV match as a more important match than this one at Summerslam?

I "almost" expect them to move Taker over to RAW to be the guy that Kane will climax with.

The ONLY good thing to come of that would be if Taker would get pummeled by Kane to put him over. Taker has ALWAYS made Kane his bitch and as much as I would HATE to see that match, Kane REALLY needs a win over Calloway.

I think the Kane/RVD feud will continue in some form after the PPV. I can't see this match at SummerSlam being the blow off...they've been building the thing for way too long.

Then again, they generally don't seem to give a damn about Rob, so they'll probably send him at Christian or maybe even Jericho...I dunno.

I don't even think they'd have a match, they'd be something of a team/stable once again after Taker talks some sense into Kane.

The way that they have booked RVD in this feud, he desperately needs to go over at SS in some fashion. I mean, a lame small package win is fine. Let's review. Kane has:

--Thrown Rob through a wall.

--Tossed him into the Titantron.

--Beaten him in the head with chairs.

--Handcuffed him and nearly lit him on fire.

After all that, does Kane REALLY need to squash him at a PPV?? I've heard that Kane will face Shane on the next PPV anyway, so what sort of sense does it make for Kane to go through RVD to get to Shane? Whereas I can see him going against Shane if Shane costs him the match on Sunday.

Wont happen, but.

He did spare Rob from the fire. Maybe his reason was not that "they" wanted him to burn Rob, but that he wants to turn him to the dark side. After Rob throws all of his offense at him and Kane just laughs, Rob will understand the power of the dark side of the face, err force. Rob will use his ECW power lay out Kane and Emporer Taker will watch it all laughing as Rob's heel turn is complete. :D

Seriously, they could use Rob getting beaten by Kane to actually start a push for Rob. He looks up at Kane with hatred in his eyes after getting beat. He gets "forced" into a match with a face (like Spike) on Raw. Rob destroys him and beats the crap out of him after the match. Maybe Kane come out after the beat down and says, "Who's the monster now, Rob?" A heel is born. Could lead to all kinds of cool story lines.

Sadly, I fear this has about the same odds of happening as Big Show pulling off a top rope hurricanrana.
