The hell they do. The guy who runs it is ALWAYS champion.

 

I had the best character when I did e-feds in 8th grade, I was "The French Champion" Jean Lutte. I was La Resistance before La Resistance. I cut all my promos in French, declared myself a titleholder, invented my own cage match, and various other rebellious things. I always got kicked out or jobbed out.

Yeah, over the course of a year I tried and failed at three e-feds and gave it up because it was too time-consuming. E-feds suck.
