He could have turned around and walked away after signing the flyers. Children lose their temper and throw tantrums, adults don't.

Most adults don't oil themselves down and wrestle other guys in tights. Most adults don't kill themselves with painkillers and other drugs. Most adults don't play ribs on other adults by pissing in their shoes, food, bags, etc. Most adults don't tie up other employees bags with steel chains. Most adults don't play childish games (politics) and throw temper tantrums when they don't get their way in the work place.

He's a wrestler for God sakes.

point is..he is NOT a wrestler....

he is just playing a wrestler on TV..

most would roll with the punches and take the heat and reply in character...

not stand up wag their tongues and not look like they are gonna to rip them apart.

if he had a choice he would have just left the table and went to his limo and drove off

heh Goldberg probably would want to choke them individually..before someone slapped a headlock on him.

then go home thinking...

"Stupid fans, don't they know they are suppose to cheer for me? Its in my contract! that and me never jobbing to Hunter, Taker, Brock, Hogan, Kane, RVD, and pretty much anyone else on the roster. Stupid fans.... Don't they know Im God?"

(HHH knocks on the door with a lawyer)

HHH: Bill proclaiming yourself God is Gimmick Infrigement cuz Im the only God in the WWE

Eh...it's an amusing story. Whether you think it's right or not, fans are gonna heckle wrestlers. That's part of the business, and wrestlers should come to expect it. As a professional, Goldberg should've just shrugged it off and ignored them...maybe he could've given them the finger just to acknowledge or something, but getting upset and arguing with them really just makes Goldberg look bad. And in any case, either in a professional situation or on the street, when somebody's teasing you like that, it's always best just to ignore it, because when you show that it's getting under your skin, people are just gonna keep on teasing you.

Um, no - we do not have the right to heckle the entertainer at time when he is not entertaining. If you yell KOBE SUCKS while hes on the bench, or entering the court i understand. If the game is over, hes walking out, and you get in his face and yell thats totally another.

Some punk rockers spraypainted "THE JANITOR SUCKS DICK" on my pick-up. I guess what bothered me most was that it was so impersonal.

Yes you do have that right. It's called freedom of speech. Look it up.

Perhaps "right" is too strong a word, but it certainly isn't nice to yell in someone's face as they're walking out of the building or on the street.

I agree with that definately. Personally I think that the people who were shouting that stuff are idiots. I would never do that myself, especially considering that Goldberg signed their flyers. The guy was doing something right for a change and those people decided to push his buttons..

Many of the fans yelled back at Goldberg saying how TNA is where the real talent is

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Yep, like K-Kwick and Shane Douglas.

AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Low-Ki and AMW are not TALENT? Ok, what is, then? To me, guys that consistenly put on ****+ matches have talent, and these guys do it. Nobody in the WWE does that anymore, save maybe Angle, Benoit and Guerro.

Plus I don't see how it's ok for everyone (mostly) on this board to badmouth Goldberg day in and day out, but a few kids have the balls to say it to his face, and they're bad people. Okay. Because we say it on a medium that he will not recognize, that's fine; is that the insinuation?

Not even ECW fans did what those fans did.

I went to Elks Lodge in Queens for an event, and Justin Credible came out of a car with his entourage. He then walked right though the line. Even though he is just about the most unpoplar guy in ECW, nobody on the line ragged on him during his walk through. Oh, we more than made up for that during the show.

ECW fans keep the insanity in the arena. From what I can tell, they are mostly civil outside.

The TNA shills were just plain rude. And Goldberg is Jewish, not Christian, so for him, eye for an eye still applies.

I think the worst part of this thread are the laughably bad "____-berg" names some people are coming up with.

I can understand the fact people here don't like the guy, and most act like he personally kicked them in the nuts..but come on. The harping about him being a prick, or the "Fuck Golberg" nonsense that hasn't died out yet is bad enough. When it gets down to it, Goldberg is a minor irritant at best. When you consider guys like Triple H, Austin, Vince, Steph, Taker, Lawler, and Ross get more TV time..or more of a push than Goldy has yet, I think some of this anger is a bit misplaced.

Sure, if you say so. Curry Man is good sometimes, ditto Low-Ki (but he can be horrible others), Styles is alright when he has Danielson or someone equally as good to reel him in. I must have missed all the regular ****+ matches.

So they have 5 good wrestlers and that = where talent is? What about all the untalented shit they put out. I'm not saying that they don't have wrestlers who are talented (sometimes really good: Juvi~!) but to call the place "where real talent is" while having Shane Douglas, Roadie, K-Kwick, Konnan, Vince Russo, Aldo, Disco, Sandman, New Jack etc. is silly.

Hey man, this incident didn't even happen so I ain't gonna continue that argument. Plus, I never said that.

Saying that talent is there does not in any way imply that everyone there is talented.

If I were playing football with a bunch of my friends and Emmit Smith, people could say there's talent there. That doesn't mean all my buddies are great runningbacks.

And my second comment was in general at the thread, not directly to you, I should've been more clear.

And maybe consistent **** matches was a stretch, but I will say that if these guys wrestle someone half-way decent, you can usually guarantee at least a *** affair. At least from my standpoint.

Hell I didn't say it was bad for them...

Good for them to sticking it too Goldberg

He isn't suppose to be Fragile that he can't take the crap other wrestlers take with a grain of salt.
