Nevermortal Posted September 29, 2003 Report Posted September 29, 2003 How do I cite a play (in this case, Shakespeare's "The Tempest") in MLA format? Would I handle it like a book?
Steviekick Posted September 29, 2003 Report Posted September 29, 2003 Is it in a volume? If it is site it like you would a short story.
Nevermortal Posted September 29, 2003 Author Report Posted September 29, 2003 Its in a book form, but surrounding it is a lot of related articles and background info.
Papacita Posted September 29, 2003 Report Posted September 29, 2003 I think in that case you'd handle it like a book.
Guest EQ Posted September 29, 2003 Report Posted September 29, 2003 I hate how technical citing sources are.
rising up out of the back seat-nuh Posted September 29, 2003 Report Posted September 29, 2003 I remember having to cite scientific papers for my degree. That sucked the cock!
Giuseppe Zangara Posted September 29, 2003 Report Posted September 29, 2003 I'm getting my bachelor's in the spring, and I still find citing sources to be a pain. You think I would've been use to this by now, but no.
Sandman9000 Posted September 29, 2003 Report Posted September 29, 2003 http://www.landmark-project.com/citation_m..._machine/cm.php Bookmark this and learn to love it. Turns writing bibliographies from 20 minutes of work to 5.
Nevermortal Posted September 29, 2003 Author Report Posted September 29, 2003 Thanks Sandman, I love ya....in an ultraviolent way.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted September 30, 2003 Report Posted September 30, 2003 If this is a big deal, Id go get the official MLA book (or find one at the local library). We were all given them for our Senior Year and it was a pain to figure out from just that book.
