alfdogg Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Not only that, his third guard in three picks.
razazteca Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Nothing wrong with 3 guards, Lebron maybe a prodigy but I do not think he will be Rookie of the Year.
Cuban Linx Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Well LeBron goes in round 3, but i'm still waiting to see who takes a gamble on Vince Carter and when.
razazteca Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Next up: 8)alkeiper 9) razateca 10) Smells the ratings!!
HarleyQuinn Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 OAO Thread updated, whoo...thank god I have an early release today <--Is in school right now, free block right now with 15 minutes left or so
EVIL~! alkeiper Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Well LeBron goes in round 3, but i'm still waiting to see who takes a gamble on Vince Carter and when. Funny you should ask. With our third round pick, the Pocono Poison select Vince Carter, of the Toronto Raptors. Yeah, its a gamble, but I think I'll need to gamble if I want to win this league. Carter will produce if and when he's healthy, and he's eligible at both guard and forward, giving my team some flexibility.
razazteca Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Round 3 #9 Sam Cassell PG of the Bucks?
the pinjockey Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 (edited) T-wolves for Cassell Edited October 8, 2003 by the pinjockey
the pinjockey Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 (edited) Next three up- Smells the ratings!! 11) Sandman9000 12) cartman Edited October 8, 2003 by the pinjockey
razazteca Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Well I got Peanut Head and contender for ugly mug of the league but Cassell brings results 19 points, 6 assist, outside threat and goes to the line. Points might drop now that he is with a new team but I was looking at his assist and defense numbers.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Cassell is hands down ugliest in the galaxy. The Alleged Rapists select Nuggets PG Andre Miller
razazteca Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 My next pick is the ugliest but I am unsure if he will be around.
alfdogg Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 If it's who I think you're referring to, I probably won't be picking him if my guy gets picked.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 If you're referring to anyone other than Cassell as ugliest, I think you're mistaken.
razazteca Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 There is a old thread somewhere discussing the ugly in the NBA, and I am refering to a guard.
alfdogg Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 I'm pretty sure I know who you're talking about.
HarleyQuinn Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 OAO Thread updated once again, my two choices are still around so that's cool
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 it turned out a lot of guys I thought would be picked are still on the board, so I'm taking a chance my guy is still around when it comes back to me.
Sandman9000 Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Well, I had three guys in mind, and then they all got taken. D'oh. So, with our third pick, Fear The Slayers selected Ron Artest. He's a gamble, but I've got a perrenial DPOTY canidate, hopefully.
HarleyQuinn Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Up: Cartman On Deck: Lightning Flik Collecting his Batting Helmet: Me
Guest Just J Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 This is my first attempt at Fantasy Sports, period. So I really am just drafting who I think will be good. And Lebron will get rookie of the year.
HarleyQuinn Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Nah, I think Carmelo has a better chance at ROY. He has a better cast around him and could produce just as well whereas Lebron will be too busy trying to carry the team along with Ricky Davis.
Sandman9000 Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 I'm thinking Darko, but it could be another Stoudamire, where a person comes out of nowhere from the bottom half of the first round.
razazteca Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 I'm thinking of somebody who was not drafted and did well in the preseason.
Cartman Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 ROY Will be Marcus Banks I'm makin' my pick in a few minutes...
HarleyQuinn Posted October 8, 2003 Report Posted October 8, 2003 Coolz, I'm also a big fan of Steve Blake as a rookie
