The Ghost of bps21 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2003 Here's mine Hogan vs. JJ (I don't know what they're going to do with who wins. Hogan winning is both a bad idea...and losing is disapointing to most of the new fans that will order.) Sting vs. Styles (I want Sting on here as a big name...although Styles will probably be a face by now...I still want the match to put Styles over.) AMW vs. Diamond and Swinger (Final blowoff. Let Diamond and Swinger hold until then...and have AMW fighting to earn a title shot until then) Christopher Daniels vs. Low Ki (They could run a great Daniels vs. XXX storyline where he sheds his past to assend to new heights. Plus...Low Ki vs. Daniels...) Juventud Guerrera vs. Teddy Hart (The rematch that I think a lot of people would like to see...whether they saw part 1 or not) Chris Sabin vs. Frankie Kazarian vs. Michael Shane vs. Jerry Lynn vs. whoever (You know they'll have one...) Raven vs. CM Punk (Now that he's signed a contract...they have to push Punk. You know Raven is pushing for them to use him...) DLo Brown vs. Abyss. Guest bort Report post Posted October 6, 2003 Jeff jarret vs Hulk Hogan [World title] Vampiro vs Raven [Last man Standing] Sting .VS. Chris Daniels AMW vs Simon & Swinger [tag titles][cage] Jeff Hardy vs chris Sabin [x divison title] Juvi .VS. frankie .VS. Low Ki .VS. Sonjay Dutt .VS. Teddy hart Aj Styles vs Sonny Saki Ekmo vs D'lo brown Abyss vs Kid Kash i booked this card because this is where i think mist of the storylines will go. i think abyss will turn face and face kash. Aj willl lose the title due to Russo and Sonny is russos ace in the hole so.....D'lo has to go somewhere so why not Ekmo, Ekmo rules, i dont care what anyone says. Big 4 way match to show off good fast ring work of TNAs x divison, Jeff hardy vs sabin because i think Hardy will draw the females, it wont be a great match but will be ok if jeff is in decent shape, i think AMW will be back into the title by the show as really there are no other face teams who could go for the title, Sting and daniels could have a fued over the whole GOD thing, raven vampiro will end the vampiro feud but expect CM punk to turn on raven after the match,

bob_barron 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2003 Jeff Hardy draws crowds and would add to the buyrate. I don't care about his workrate. And then he'd promptly get booed out of the building and piss off the paying customer. Guest bort Report post Posted October 6, 2003 i think that the ROH show may have been a wake up call for jeff, the TNA fans are also not a ring work based fans as the ROH ones and i dont think that they would be as harsh. Hulk hogan and sting will help draw old time fans and WCW fans, i think jeff can draw young girls and would increase the buy rate a bit

Michrome 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2003 This card assumes they pull the double turn with Jarrett and Styles a few weeks from now. World Heavyweight Title AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels Hulk Hogan vs. Jeff Jarrett Low Ki vs. Sting Falls Count Anywhere Brawl Raven vs. CM Punk Juventud Guerrera vs. Teddy Hart Jerry Lynn vs. Abyss Tag Team Titles America's Most Wanted vs. Simon/Swinger Ultimate X Title Match Chris Sabin vs. Frankie Kazarian vs. Michael Shane Reasoning: Despite bringing in Hogan for the big match with Jarrett, no promotion centered around Hogan is going to make it in the long run. The title has to be established as a belt for young, athletic performers that put on amazing matches. Daniels and Styles can do just that, I've seen them put on an awesome match in Ring Of Honor. This way, the title hunt focus remains on 2 young, charismatic guys that can definitely carry a good feud. Low Ki and Sting could really be an awesome way to get Ki over as the killing machine that he is. Putting Sting out permanently with a vicious series of kicks would definitely do the trick, and would establish him as a world title contender in a hurry. This card mixes great wrestling matches with what could be some very enticing stories.

Zack Malibu 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2003 Hulk Hogan vs. Jeff Jarrett for the NWA World Heavyweight Title. (I for one think the double turn and a JJ win is a definite in a few weeks). AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels Raven vs. Vampiro in either a Clockwork Orange House of Fun or a Steel Cage Match. I'd say either or because one could use interference to it's advantage, while the other could be the final blowoff to the Raven/Mitchell feud. Diamond and Swinger vs. AMW vs. 3 Live Kru for the NWA World Tag Team Titles. The champs get booked into a corner here, as the two teams they have a rivalry with get put into one match with them. Michael Shane defending the NWA X Title against Teddy Hart Frankie Kazarian (heel by now) vs. Jerry Lynn Kid Kash vs. Sting Chris Sabin vs. Juventud Guerrera (rematch of the Super X Finals) D Lo Brown and a mystery partner vs. Sonny Siaki and Ekmo
TNABaddboi 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2003 (edited) Good Card....i'd definitely pay for that...here's how I'd book and arrange it: Chris Sabin vs. Juventud Guerrera (rematch of the Super X Finals) I'd have Sabin going over. D Lo Brown and a mystery partner vs. Sonny Siaki and Ekmo D' Lo goes over to pop the crowd. Frankie Kazarian (heel by now) vs. Jerry LynnFrankie winning to solidify his presumed heel turn Diamond and Swinger vs. AMW vs. 3 Live Kru for the NWA World Tag Team Titles. The champs get booked into a corner here, as the two teams they have a rivalry with get put into one match with them. I'd put the belts back on AMW here just to introduce them to new viewers as a special team, but have them job the belts back to Diamond and Swinger ASAP. Kid Kash vs. Sting Kash wins here by cheating, Abyss saves Sting from post-match beatdown to give Kash & Abyss some rub with new viewers as they go on to feud. Michael Shane defending the NWA X Title against Teddy Hart. If Hart's transportation issues workout, I'd change the titles here too to give the show a big time feel with 2 titles changing. AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels. It really doesn't matter who wins here as long as they have enough time to steal the show, but I'd probably give the win to Styles to continue his face push after jobbing to Jarrett and getting screwed by Russo and his bat. Can they please have a clean title change that doesn't involve Russo and his bat? The last time the title without that damn bat was The Truth going over Shamrock. Raven vs. Vampiro in either a Clockwork Orange House of Fun or a Steel Cage Match. I'd say either or because one could use interference to it's advantage, while the other could be the final blowoff to the Raven/Mitchell feud. I'd go with the cage and have this be the blow off with Raven winning and then getting his hands on Mitchell finally...and maybe returning the favor for the haircut a few weeks back? Hulk Hogan vs. Jeff Jarrett for the NWA World Heavyweight Title. (I for one think the double turn and a JJ win is a definite in a few weeks). I think so too, and I think Jarrett will be a hot heel if they go with the Triple J Triple H parody, so I'd build this up off of the Bash incident and have Jarrett saying he's a icon who took Hogan out once and he's not going to let him have a title shot. After Watts finally grants Hogan a shot, I have it looking like he's about to win, but have Jarrett win after Russo interferes so that Jarrett can brag for weeks that he beat a legend. Besides, if they do it right, there might be money in a rematch. And once Jarrett and the title are evaluated by beating Hogan, Jarrett can job the belt to Raven FINALLY and Hogan can get his job back (which you know he's going to want) in a non-title rematch at a potential second Sunday PPV or on a regular show. If they can only get Hogan for one shot, have Jarrett do a total heel beat down here to get the retiring the legend heat going. What do you guys think of my booking? Guest Iron Nick Report post Posted October 7, 2003 Jarett vs Hogan Styles vs Sting (World Championship) AMW vs Daniels/Low-Ki (Tag Team Championship - Cage Match) Micheal Shane vs Franky Kazarian vs Chris Sabin vs Juventud Guerrera (X Championship - Ultimate X) Jerry Lynn vs D'Lo Brown Sonjay Dutt vs Teddy Hart Diamond and Swinger vs Raven and Punk Seven Matches is pretty good, because you can make all of them having a great lenght. Throw in some promos/angles for the new fans that are not focussed on wrestling and you have a really good show.
Tully316 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2003 NWA World Heavyweight Title Match Jeff Jarrett vs. Hulk Hogan Months of promos regarding Hogan getting screwed by Jarrett and Russo in WCW. Jarrett retains after interference by Vince Russo and Roddy Piper (who has alligned himself with Russo due to his hatred of Hogan). Because of massive intererence, NWA officials announce that the title is vacated and a one night tournament will be held to crown a new champion at the next special 3 hour PPV in 6 to 8 weeks. Next two months of weekly PPV's can be qualifying matches for one night tournament with numerous storylines banking on everyone wanting the title. #1 Contenders match for the NWA World Heavyweight Title AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels vs. Jerry Lynn Killer match with all the high spots and moves. Emphasis placed on past feuds between all three AJ goes over clean after many near falls. Tag Team Grudge Match Sting & Raven vs. The Great Muta & Vampiro Raven's feud with New church culminates in match made the night of PPV as it's scheduled to be Raven and CM Punk vs. Vampiro and Great Muta. However, Punk is found laid out in locker room shortly before match. Raven calls out his replacement....Sting!!! CM later comes to ring and swerves Raven joining New Church. CM then chains Raven to ring ala Dreamer's "chairshot heard round the world"; thereby starting a long feud that will elevae Punk into a major player. Wargames: The Match Beyond Extreme Horsemen (Corino, Anderson, Diamond and Swinger) vs. NWA Legends (Dusty Rhodes, Terry Funk, Barry Windham and Nikita Koloff) Usual wargames fare with Windham turning on Dusty's team and joining the horsemen (big surprise...I know) for the win. NWA X-Title Match Chris Sabin vs. Michael Shane vs. American Dragon American dragon in spotfest. NWA World Tag Team Title Match America's Most Wanted vs. XXX (Low Ki and Elix Skipper) XXX regain titles in brutal match. Hardcore Match Sandman vs. Shane Douglas

Just put D'Lo with anyone else and you've got yourself THE ideal card right there. I also liked the cage stipulation to AMW/Diamond and Swinger. And Punk/Raven should have some sort of No DQ stip. Two matches isn't going overboard with stips and it benefits both matches(makes the tag the definitive blow off and gives us a damn good Punk/Raven match). I hope Low Ki isn't in Japan and is booked on this show, and vs Daniels is 17 different kinds of perfect.
Guest JacK Report post Posted October 10, 2003 Well, I wouldn't be able to pass up the opportunity to have Hart vs Shane and do some sort of play on the Montreal screwjob, though it'd have to be done right to get over in the US. But it's too good to miss. I dunno, maybe a Julio turn to join Slash as the New Church, and fight CM Punk and some other guy whom they bring in before Julio turns? It depends on whose going to be around, it'd be complicated to think up and fully utilise everyone. Oh-wait, I know! The return of . . . MIKE SANDERS! Oh ya, it's gotta happen! David Young came back, so can Sanders!!! He can talk about the 'Hey' and stuff, and then wrestle someone. But who . . . Hmmm.
