They even said "That's a tough call" instead of a more accurate "That's Bullshit". And THEN spent several minutes trying to explain the rule so it would justify the call. The roughing the kicker call didn't directly lead to a victory for a team. You don't pay attention then, because announcers always complain about terrible calls.
