The Ghost of bps21 Posted October 14, 2003 Report Posted October 14, 2003 I got Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Transformers season 3 part 1 and Wrong Turn...which I liked and no one else did.
Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted October 14, 2003 Report Posted October 14, 2003 Uh... I liked Wrong Turn, guilty pleasure. I'll pick that and Reloaded up tomorrow.
BifEverchad Posted October 14, 2003 Report Posted October 14, 2003 There is honestly NOTHING I'd wanna pick up.
BlackFlagg Posted October 14, 2003 Report Posted October 14, 2003 nothing for me this week,....have the Indiana Jones set next week then Oct. 28th is gonna break me between Sopranos, MWC, Looney Tunes and the new Smackdown game....
Bruiser Chong Posted October 14, 2003 Report Posted October 14, 2003 Don't forget that's also the day that the WWE Steel Cage DVD set drops and for those of you with some depth in your tastes, the Lon Chaney Collection, as well.
BlackFlagg Posted October 14, 2003 Report Posted October 14, 2003 Don't forget that's also the day that the WWE Steel Cage DVD set drops and for those of you with some depth in your tastes, the Lon Chaney Collection, as well. I'm in deep enough, I'll have to hold off a week or two on those, heh
MrRant Posted October 14, 2003 Report Posted October 14, 2003 Possibly Star Trek V and the WWE Steel Cage matches.
Slayer Posted October 14, 2003 Report Posted October 14, 2003 Star Trek 5 - The Final Frontier (Widescreen Special Edition) Star Trek V - The Final Frontier (Special Edition) Was there any need to resurrect this black hole? In two forms even?
Bruiser Chong Posted October 14, 2003 Report Posted October 14, 2003 It would appear that way. But hey, when movies like Space Jam are getting two-disc SE, are you really that surprised?
eiker_ir Posted October 15, 2003 Report Posted October 15, 2003 i'm gonna pick up Reloaded and Texas Chainsaw, i never bought the first version, too expensive.
MrRant Posted October 15, 2003 Report Posted October 15, 2003 Star Trek 5 - The Final Frontier (Widescreen Special Edition) Star Trek V - The Final Frontier (Special Edition) Was there any need to resurrect this black hole? In two forms even? One is full screen and the other is widescreen. What Walmart wants... it gets. Star Trek V isn't that bad. It would have been a good episode but the story was streched to long to be a movie.
Guest Dmann2000 Posted October 15, 2003 Report Posted October 15, 2003 Wait a minute, the Alien Quadrology didn't come out today...did it? THAT's gonna be my annual "DVD set I ask for Christmas"
Guest Askewniverse Posted October 15, 2003 Report Posted October 15, 2003 I'll probably pick up the Alien Saga, Wrong Turn, and maybe Happy Tree Friends.
Guest El Satanico Posted October 15, 2003 Report Posted October 15, 2003 Wait a minute, the Alien Quadrology didn't come out today...did it? THAT's gonna be my annual "DVD set I ask for Christmas" No... The Alien Saga is just a documentary about the series.
MrRant Posted October 15, 2003 Report Posted October 15, 2003 I will have Married With Children. There is no other option.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted October 15, 2003 Report Posted October 15, 2003 So poor...picked up Matrix then dug around in the 5.88 bin at Wal-Mart. Actually found a bunch I liked, including some admittedly awful guilty pleasures. Besides Wall Street, I picked up Harvard Man, Jackie Chan's First Strike, Suicide Kings (Jay Mohr's the shit), and Campus Man (80's schlock, but still campy fun). I'm still waiting for the Battlestar Galactica set on October 21st. No way in hell I'll be able to afford it but the fact that they shaped the set case as a Cylon helmet makes it a must own.
River City Rocker Posted October 15, 2003 Report Posted October 15, 2003 From www.DVDtalk.com Best of Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In 2 Wha wha WHAT? I could've sworn this wasn't due out until next Februrary! Well, if it's been released, my plans for today have changed! Screw the Cubs game! -Ben
sfaJack Posted October 15, 2003 Report Posted October 15, 2003 Screw the Cubs game! -Ben Bandwagoner. Ahem. Nothing for me this week, either. I'll be waiting for Indiana Jones.
