The Mandarin 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2003 This is the first mention I've heard of it. I found an ad for it in the newest RAW magazine so I did a search on Barnes and Noble. This popped up. Supposedly it provides a backstage look of World Wrestling Entertainment, and it's due out later this month. Sorry if this is old news.

Matt Young 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2003 Of course, you won't get any real dirt since it's being made by WWE, but it still looks very interesting and I will definitely be picking it up. Thanks for letting us know about this.

RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2003 I can't wait for the audio version to come out with Finkle reading it... but half way through I bet Lillian Garcia takes over and ends up messing all the names up. "When Jeff Hardy won the first ever Undisputed title all "the boys" in the back cheered as he returned from the ring. The first to congratulate him was former tag partner withwhom he held the tag titles with, Bradshaw."
the pinjockey 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2003 You forgot: Chapter 13 - Bradshaw and Bob Holly - Calming influences on the newcomers Chapter 14 - Jim Ross - Are you 6'6", 300 pounds? Championship Hoss material.
RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2003 I figured that would be a subsection of Taker's chapter. I mean, you can't give Bradshaw and Holly their own chapters - i mean, they couldn't do "Vince McMahon is a Genius Part IV" because of that damned "The Boys" chapter and including WCW. the pinjockey 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2003 Now that's just not true. No matter how big the book is, there is always room for another Vince McMahon is a Genius chapter. I guess you could just cut Holly and put the Bradshaw stuff in with the Patterson section. Are any of the Vince is a Genius sections going to be written by Mick Foley? Or has he fallen back to reality by now?

Chapter 9: "The Boys" (very short, 1 or 2 pages) Chapter 10: Linda McMahon - the unsung hero. Chapter 11: Vince McMahon is a Genius Part III I'd change Chapter 11 to Chapter 11: How Vince Forced All Who Opposed Him Into Chapter 11 and an afterword by Vince Russo that simply reads "It was ME! Me all along! I wrote this book! Everything you read is a LIE! It's something I like to call a SWERVE, baby!"
RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2003 Why would Mick Foley write any of the chapters??? I think you're confused Pin, this is a UNBIASED, OBJECTIVE look at the backstage area of the WWE - not some fluff piece that tows the company line and glorifies the McMahons... Oh no... this is completely untouched by the WWE.
the pinjockey 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2003 Wha....what? You mean Mick Foley would write about Vince McMahon being a genius just to toe the company line? But..but...he wouldn't do that. This is all a lie. I don't know what to believe anymore.
