Guest Boo_Bradley Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Why X-Pac Wasn't At The Wedding Despite being long-time friends with Triple H, Sean 'X-Pac' Waltman did not attend the wedding between Stephanie and Triple H recently. Sean wasn't even invited. Most cannot fully pinpoint a reason for Sean not being invited, although Waltman has withdrawn himself from the wrestling industry, as well as his 'wrestling friends', so hasn't been in contact with HHH in a while. Additionally, it is said that the relationship between Joanie Laurer and Sean Waltman put a damper on his relationship with HHH. With that in mind, it also would've been weird for Joanie, HHH's ex-girlfriend to be in attendance for the wedding, so that situation was averted by not inviting either of the two (who were likely a couple when the invitations went out).
Guest Boo_Bradley Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Heyman's Role Not As Involved As Some Had Hoped Despite being named General Manager of SmackDown! himself, Paul Heyman originally suggested either John Cena or Bobby Heenan for the role. Heyman's role is not expected to be as prominent as it is now for too long, as Stephanie is due back very shortly. On that note, there is said to be disappointment backstage that Heyman is only an on-air talent, as opposed to a member of the creative team. Some are going as far as to say that the morale backstage got even worse when Heyman returned only to that role.

I dunno what's sadder, the fact that I offered a serious reply to a thread about wedding invitations or that I pay that much attention to Joanie's relationship status.

Jean Paul was a gimmik name in WCW to make him sound more Blue Bloodish. His real name is Michael Paul Levesque but he goes by his middle name I like to nitpick
