haVoc 0 Report post Posted November 25, 2003 GET IN THE RING -Jindrak joins GIR and confirms that Steve Austin grilled both he and Garrison Cade on looking for nicknames. He actually assigned “homework” to the two young wrestlers, to come up with 10 nicknames so they could be more marketable. Jindrak said he came up with nothing great and even said one of the nicknames he came up with was “Air” Jindrak. Sir Adam and Phantom agrees with Mark that would be a cheesy nickname. Phantom says that Garrison and Mark should be dubbed “The Opportunists” because that’s where their characters are going. Mark seemed to like the idea, to which Sir Adam says that he’d better remember GIR when he hits it big time. -Jindrak feels that he’s been given great TV time on RAW but agrees with Austin that they should be given more promo time to help develop a connection to the audience. Mark feels like the crowd finally got behind them when they stole the $100,000 from Randy Orton, and looks forward to getting involved in more angles to help define his team to viewers. Jindrak feels like he isn’t a babyface, and isn’t a heel, Mark says he and Garrison are exact opposites. While Mark likes Hip-Hop, Garrison like classic rock, Mark is single and picks up on girls with Randy Orton after the matches, and Garrison has a wife and kid. He thinks that’s another way they could go storyline wise by presenting them as an “Odd-Couple” tag team. Mark puts over Cade’s in ring work and says they mesh very well as a team. -Talk turns to how Jindrak and Randy Orton played a prank on internet wrestling fans. He details a war of words going back and forth between the two on their respective websites. Mark posted that Randy “can’t treat his friends the way he treats his fans.” And then made a comment about all “his little girl-fans” to which Orton responded. This got the internet community talking and Orton and Jindrak felt that they could go even farther with this fake feud. The basis of this “feud” was that “wrestling fans will believe anything”, after the RAW in Boston Orton and Jindrak started a fake physical fight at Kowloons restaurant. They got the Boston policemen involved as they separated the two of them, “to tell you the truth my adrenaline started rushing, it felt so real. People were really in shock, they were taking pictures. What gave it away was the cops started laughing a little.” Sir Adam gives Mark another idea using the MTV Punk’d show as a model that Garrison and Jindrak should be practical jokers. GIR Radio gives two solid ideas to Jindrak! Jindrak continues the story saying that outside of Kowloons people seemed to be shocked at Jindrak and Orton were screaming at each other. Maven pulled his car around and Mark got in as the police “escorted” Orton away. Just as Mark was talking to Maven saying “I think they bought it” Randy grabs Mark through the window and the “brawl” started up again. “It was perfect…Maven was great he walked over to Orton and screamed at Randy ‘Mark’s your friend man!’ and they started going at it, it turned into a three stooges thing after a while. It was wild”. -Mark talks about how he got upset with internet rumors when he was supposed to join Evolution. He confirms that he was supposed to be the 4th guy, and even filmed the music video walking over a steep hill with Ric Flair, HHH, and Orton. “It was a done deal last time we were in Dallas, and then a week later at MSG….. It was the basis of the entire show, ‘Who’s the next member’ they were taking polls on wwe.com…I know I’m not on the level of Kane or Jericho who the fans were picking. Then the internet says the WWE wasn’t happy with my house show performances, that’s garbage. Everyone of my house show matches were solid, especially the Jericho match in Montreal….sometimes plans change, Vince called me in his office, in MSG, and said ‘we decided we are not going to put you in. You have it, but we want you to start out as a babyface. I think that would be best for you. I just don’t think it would be good to put you in Evolution right now.’ That gave me allot of confidence because he’s Vince McMahon it’s his company he didn’t have to explain it to me like he did.” Mark goes on to say that the WWE wants to bring him along slowly in a tag team, “not shove me down people’s throats..In basketball, in weightlifting I’ve always been a late bloomer.” Jindrak is happy the way things turned out. -Jindrak says it was frustrating when he came from the WCW and had to start over again in the WWE and prove himself in OVW, but he has watched tapes of his matches in WCW , “I’ll never knock Vince Russo for giving me the opportunity and I know a lot of people hate him, I’ll never knock him. But I wasn’t ready when they handed me the ball…” -Jindrak says that every veteran in the WWE locker room respects younger guys when they put on a good match. And if the young guys ask the Flairs, HHHs, Austins for advice they always give it to them. GIR talks about how no matter how old Flair gets he probably still can party alongside Mark and Randy Orton, Jindrak laughs and says that Ric always helps the younger guys with introducing them to lovely ladies in every town they roll into. “He’ll have 5 or 6 girls lined up just for us to meet…one week we were in Columbia SC and he said ‘you guys better be here’ he hooks us up.” -Mark likes the live feel of RAW over Smackdown, “I always liked NITRO because it was the live show…Monday night is the wrestling night going back to the wrestling wars.” -On his former “Coach” Kevin Nash, Mark talked to him a few days prior and says his “throat was scratchy it was hard for him to talk. He thought the surgery wasn’t going to be as major as it was, he felt real rough afterwards.” Jindrak isn’t sure if Nash will ever return to the ring, but knows he keeps up with what is going on and offers Mark pointers on his segments. Unles thinks that the internet hating his house show matches had something to do with him nothing joining the stable. Or this is just the WWE hating on the internet again. The Czech Republic 0 Report post Posted November 26, 2003 I laughed at them filming an Evolution video with Jindrak. It's like they all sit there like "hey wanna write the show for tonight?" "we just shot an Evolution video two weeks ago" "Yeah but Randy got a new tattoo above his elbow since then, we can't leave the product unupdated"

Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 26, 2003 How is Flair able to do it? The man's like 54 and I bet he could party harder than everyone on this board combined. And then the women...jesus.....how does he get them? Oh because he's famous...but even before he was famous he had them left and right. It's the charisma I tells ya. Guest One Trick Pony Report post Posted November 26, 2003 Damn Mark's already been divorced and had a kid. I think it's great that two people the net hate played a prank on them. I personally thought it was real but didn't care too much about it. Right now I don't see Cade and Jindrak working out too well. If anything pairing Orton and Jindrak would work better as two assholes and I'd probably like Orton better as a member of a cocky tag team. It's obvious Cade has a little more charisma and is better in the ring.

No, hardly that. It's that the guy has always looked old and he looks like he's rich out his eyeballs. Are you telling me good looking gutter trash doesn't want an old guy who looks rich? That's the eternal dream. Get with an old guy for his money and get it when he croaks. When he gets them for Orton and Jindrak there's no need for coercion as anyone would wanna bang the both of them twelve times over.
