Actually, the heroin addict may be better off...it's apparantly easier to kick heroin then it is to kick smokes.

I don't think so. One heroin has its claws in you, its nearly impossible to kick it. You're always battling it.

That's why they send you to detox, that's the only way to stop it. We watched a video in Psych. the other day called "Kicking the Habit" and it showed footage from a guy's room in detox, and it made me NEVER want to touch that shit.

 

Also, I've heard that if you shoot up heroin three times, there's no turning back.

Actually Banky, proportionally, more heroin addicts kick their habit then smokers - even though most smokers would like to quit (So sayeth the Big Book of Vice).
