TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted December 3, 2003 Right, thinking about this at work today (shows how exciting my day job is.) The night after WrestleMania, something 'big' happens to set the tone for the whole of the following year. Last year, Brock debuted, this year it was Goldberg, years back it was HHH kicking Shawn out of DX etc etc So what's it going to be next year? Someone debuting? Sting? Other random hoss? Major new angle? Brands reform together? etc?
Ultra Violence 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2003 Well... probably Angle retiring, Benoit coming out as dominant champion. HHH's leg falling off and him tagging with OLM.
Austin3164life 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2003 Spoiler (Highlight to Read): Triple H wins a rematch, somehow, with whomever defeated him for his World Heavyweight Title (Probably Orton)

Major new angle? Brands reform together? etc? My guess will be the return of Rock for another month-two month engagement with the WWE before going off to film a new movie. If HHH's health problems finally FUBAR him, expect the WWE to repeat the post-WM 98 reformation of DX with Evolution as part of the never-ending "Operation Get Randy Orton Over With Any Means Necessary" plan to make RO the next big thing despite the fact that no one gives a fuck about him save for Vince and HHH.... Aero 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2003 Rather than start a brand-new thread, here's the locations of the RAW and Smackdown after WM XX, courtesy of Observer and 411... - The RAW following WrestleMania XX on 03/15 will be held at the Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford, NJ. The Smackdown taping on 03/16 will take place at the Fleet Center in Boston. Credit: WrestlingObserver.com The point... I'll be going to RAW.

You know, the Outlaws/X-Pac joining DX and cage match and huge debut night? Or am I remembering incorrectly? Jason

Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2003 Back to Boston? In all honesty, despite the fact that it's a given that something will happen on SD since it's right after WM, I think something big will happen in Boston. They do a LOT of big things in Boston, it seems.
Guest JumpinJackFlash Report post Posted December 4, 2003 Maybe it will be Bret Hart's Farewell Speech. He won't do it at Wrestlemania 20 for some reason, ad will be wrestling. He will lose and the next night on RAW, he'll say his little speech.
